We checked in late Tuesday night with 3 very tired kiddos Austin did his very best to get us checked in quickly and make sure that we got into our room as quickly as possible. All the staff was extremely helpful and kind. The room we had was excellent and fit our needs and family perfectly. The veiw of the ocean was spectacular and right outside our balcony. Lots great amenities for kids all ages we really enjoyed the kiddie pool with the submarine. Our only suggestion was more dining options. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Nice stay at the resort. i really enjoyed it. Next time I'll pick the ocean view instead of partial ocean view. I can see the ocean however i could not hear the waves due to the constant water running at the pool.

I did not go the pool since it was overcrowded. The room and bathroom were not clean with mold in the chair covers, hairs remaining in the shower curtain, and very low quality towels. Bathroom is very small. The only good thing was the ocean view at the balcony.
