Love this hotel

The hotel was wonderful. We had a great room, and it was spacious. It was right on the beach, and the view was wonderful. It was within walking distance of several restaurants and attractions, and the hotel gave us a flyer that gave us great deals on the attractions we wanted to go to.

Overall great location

Overall this was a great place to stay and we were very happy with our ocean view king suite. Fully stocked kitchen, our own washer and dryer, lovely balcony with clean furniture in good condition. Overall everything in the suite was clean. The exceptions were that the main light in the bedroom didn't work and the shower door didn't quite fully close. The beach and pool area were crowded and the lazy river was full of young kids walking/swimming through without floats so you constantly had to try to avoid pinning them between your float and the walls of the lazy river. I'd recommend a floats-only policy to make it safer and more relaxing. The check-in and check-out process are a bit of a mess. Not nearly enough load/unload parking spaces, not nearly enough luggage carts, no handicap parking on site that we could tell, and the parking lot is about a 1/4 mile walk away. This wouldn't be a big deal for some people but wanted to share a heads up for people with disabilities or who otherwise might struggle with this.

Pros: Great location Good pools Easy check in Super easy walk to beach since the hotel is right on the beach Great for kids Pool bar Rooms are nice Cons: Walls are very thin, heard people in hallway every morning and felt the thumps of people closing doors and doing things next door, housekeeping people are very noisy in the morning (not a deal breaker) Parking is tight in the parking garage that's located across the street. They do offer valet (if you like). They don't offer late checkout (if you need it) Again, not deal breakers, we had a wonderful time.

Service was excellent!! The bed was very uncomfortable and the carpet had a lot of stains in it and looked really bad!! The room was very clean but the carpet made it look bad!! The Bell service and front desk was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Even enjoyed the pool bar and service there also. Will definitely stay again but hope they make some changes to the rooms to be such a nice hotel.

Property was very clean and inviting. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Valet service was very prompt and helpful. My only complaint was while sitting on our balcony there was almost a continuous smell of Marijuana which made it difficult to enjoy the view and sound of the ocean. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay. Far exceeded my expectations. Room was nice clean and big. Hotel next door being demolished, so had to go around front of hotel with wagon to beach and side gate to pool was not open.

Overall I enjoyed my stay here. I would have liked if there was a full restaurant on site for dinner. Also, the floor of the room did not look dirty, but noticed after walking around some that our socks were filthy from the floor, so we ended up keeping our shoes on until we were in bed. The view from the balcony of the ocean was beautiful and the beach being a short walk from the elevator made it well worth it.
