Room was good but the hot water took FOREVER to get hot. I was on the 17th floor. Check out time is wayyyy too early. 10AM? And I could not receive a late check out because they don't allow late check-outs on the weekend. So, that NO LATE CHECK OUT thing might be a deal-breaker for me. Would have loved if they had a restaurant on site. The coffee bar is VERY limited. The bright side is the room was clean and quiet.

The first night was horrible we get to the room I noticed there was no pull out couch as it said it would be when I booked the room I noticed water was running when we entered the room the toilet was broken and running constant and only flushed some times also was sitting at the dining table and a roach was crawling on the wall I went to the front desk with all complaints sent guy for the toilet but it still ran all night the lady told me the couch let out to a bed I got guy that worked on toilet to check there was no bed in that couch about a hour later I saw more roaches and wanted another room because I had enough lady at desk told me nun was available to talk to the person in the morning so I had a terrible first night! 2nd day we were moved to another room that was much better was just missing a remote for the living room tv smh

The staff was so nice and set my wife & I up a wonderful weekend celebrating our anniversary. The person who checked us in was very attentive to our needs and made sure we were taken care of. She deserves the employee of the year. The room was clean but a little dated. Nothing major just could use some TLC. The ocean view was spectacular. We spent a good portion of our waking time sitting on the balcony relaxing to the sound of the ocean. Bed was supportive but not to firm. Kitchen was useful and nice to have.

The master bedroom bathroom shower didn’t have a shower curtain and housekeeping came 2 hours before checkout knocked she’s worn we told her we was not ready to checkout she literally waited outside the room until we left but outside of that everything was perfect
