Good value, but communication could be better
Great value for what we got. It is off season, so I understand there are going to be some areas lacking. There was more marijuana smell for my liking especially since it was a family trip and was a non smoking room. The room did not smell, but elevator was very strong. While checking in, another guest was refused check in due to them being "locals." I understand and can appreciate their policy, but it should definitely be conveyed to guest much better, especially if they plan to cancel their reservation.

Killed a number of small roaches, every room. Well worn room, not at all like photos. Overflowing outside trash cans for 4 days. Best of all next to our room was the fire door with stairs, which people not staying in the condos went in and out Of late and early. The indoor pool is not indoor actually and the hot tubs were in a dark unsafe type area. Nice ocean front views, and Christmas lite boardwalk was nice for viewing. Would not stay again.

The location is great You can walk down the boardwalk and the beach in front of the hotel is great. Check in was smooth, staff were so friendly and welcoming. The unit was spacious and clean. Beds and bedding were great. We woke up to a sunrise view without getting out of bed. Temperature was easily controlled. It checked all of the boxes for us.

Needs Upgrade BUT Still A Nice Place
My husband and I were pleased with the accommodations with taking into consideration of how much we paid. This is the off season so things are cheaper. The staff was nice and made thing easy and the room was very clean. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the rooms. Lots of rust and hanging vents and remote controls to the one tv that didn’t do anything but turn it on…type thing. So wasn’t upset because again we didn’t paid much and it was still nice not run down. All in All good experience.
