There was a lot of drug use the room, itself was clean but nothing else. All staff were very rude except Jazmine. The managers were rude there were hidden fees. My biggest complaint was feeling unsafe with people around on meth and weed smoke coming into my room the whole trip from next door and my air conditioner. It was right next to the ocean but we got pulled out in a rip tide and there is no life guard. I suggest paying 10$ more a night and moving up the coast a mile closer to the ferris wheel and public beach with lifeguard. Hopefully they are less over run with drugs and dirty and bad service. But the whole beach downtown area has a feel of drug use to it and there are a lot of people homeless which I am used to where I live, but for some reason it felt less safe here...

The floor in the room was dirty, the tub and toilet had stains and looked like they had just been sprayed out and not cleaned. The only good thing about the room was that thankfully the bed was clean and nice to sleep on. The elevator sounds like one wrong move and it’ll collapse. The outside is dirty and looks like it hasn’t been taken care of. The pool hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long and I had to pull trash and cigarette buds out of the pool even tho you can’t smoke around the pool. The access to the pool was confusing but at least the access to the beach was easy to use. All in all this place was too expensive for what it is. I guess they can charge whatever since it’s on the beach.

There is no ice available in the building you have to go to the hotelnext door nothing telling you that and the staff don't tell u till u ask about ice bc the machine they have is broken and snack machines are nasty. When we arrived we had a check in at the other hotel we were never told that the elevator did not work so for the first day and a half had to climb four flights of stairs which made a very difficult since I just had knee injections done the outside condition of the building was horrendous the pool was Green I don't believe I would stay there again I would definitely find a different place

The pot shack

We had to buy a mop and bleach to clean the floors because they were so dirty and the carpet was very dirty The bathroom was very small, so small the door hit the toilet and wouldn’t open fully The motel is very run down and over all just a dirty place The pot smell is horrible from all over the property

Mostly clean in room. Daughter's room was mildew smelling. This place is very old, very beat up (has obviously survived many storms & uncaring owners/guests) but someone is making an effort to fix some things. Much cracked & broken concrete walkways are being repaired. We did not feel like we were in a dangerous place, as we have in other places. Beach access very easy, right out gate at pool. With a little care on your own part, you can stay & enjoy the ocean and beach. You get what you pay for...

Family trip

The stay was great. My family and mom enjoyed the stay. Loved being that close to the beach and having access to two pools. The room itself was nice despite the small bathroom and hardly any water pressure. Overall would stay again.

Room smelled terrible. One chair, no table, tv would get louder without messing with volume. Gates to pool and out to ocean wouldn’t open. No working ice machine. Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Asked front desk to call maintenance twice but acted as if it wasn’t a big deal. The list goes on. Would never recommend this place
