Nestled in the heart of the Venetia Islands on Lake Rosseau, Redman Island is short 5 minute boat ride to the Muskoka Lakes Golf Club and a 10 minute boat ride into Port Carling! Mainland access via SWS Boatworks Port Carling.

PROPERTY
REDMAN ISLAND - Arrive to Redman Island via boat where you will disembark onto the stunning 2 acre island! The boathouse features a sprawling upper sun deck with 8 loungers and a high bistro table with an umbrella for 4. Down below, a west facing sun deck offers an additional 4 loungers, inviting you to bask in the all-day sun, in between dives into the crystal clear deep waters to cool off! A slight incline will bring you up to the sauna, and beyond a mini putting green awaits your best swing!
The main cottage boasts a grand manor-like front porch, where friends and family can enjoy the warm summer breeze all day long. A few steps down, an outdoor dining table provides an ideal location to enjoy a hot lunch fresh off the BBQ. Down a few more stone steps to the water, a deck with 16 white Muskoka chairs invite you to enjoy a fire, while watching the sun set behind the horizon. At the north end of the island, the darling bunkie overlooks Lake Rosseau.

The cozy living room sits just off the kitchen and Muskoka Room. It features the second side of the stone fireplace and a large flatscreen TV. Floor to ceiling windows with french doors swing open to the front porch!

A quaint living room welcomes you to the upper level of the cottage, where plush couches encircle a flatscreen TV.

BOATHOUSE
The beautiful boathouse features a large dining table for 10, an open-concept living room with plush couches surrounding a TV as well as a full gourmet kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, sink, microwave and many more appliances!

BUNKIE
Set off on the north end of the island, the open-concept bunkie features a king bed, loft area, kitchenette and bathroom.
