The cottage is perfect for the young and older generations whether entering into the water on gentle sloping sand underfoot or cannon balling off the dock into deeper water! Along with the cottage, there is a boathouse with an upper large open rustic rec room for a game of table tennis, darts, or if you are an early riser, perhaps a morning session of yoga or meditation is your cup of tea!

MUSKOKA ROOM
Screened in retractable windows offers 3 season accessibility. This spacious area has a dining table for 8 guests and walk out to the deck.
LOWER LEVEL
Bright and beautifully renovated air conditioned lower level with an additional sofa, large TV and walk out double doors for easy access to the waterfront. A second fridge and freezer along with new washer and dryer. There is a double day bed here for relaxing or a nap.
BOATHOUSE
Access to upper boathouse with table tennis, dart board and large open rustic recreational space. Front sun deck has 4 high top Muskoka style chairs, table and 2 sun loungers. Boathouse is too narrow for boat docking.

The linens and turnover fee is $1,020.00 per rental
This cottage includes 6 hours of midweek housekeeping during peak season rentals
