Kayaks available for use. Ideal for young families, with Grandparents. Monthly and Seasonal rates also available, please inquire. ldeally we are looking for a couple or family to rent for 4 weeks or the whole summer in which case we will give you a 15 % discount . This cottage and property is a hidden gem and you will love 💕 it. Located in Brackenrig Bay, Southern Exposure all day 🌞 sun. Dock space available for your boat.

Very comfortable cottage with ample space for the 4 of us. Many old Muskoka touches and a lovely deck to eat all of your meals on during your time up North. The owner was extremely accommodating to our family and 2 very well behaved dogs. The property and dock are shared with the owner, so he is on site for all of your questions/needs during your stay. Ample dock parking space for our 22' boat and suv/trailer on land. Close proximity to Port Carling, quiet bay for a morning paddle and sunset drink on the dock.

Happy pup that wouldn't leave the lily pads - like a Monet painting!
