Please Note:
Private vacation rental guests can enjoy the heated outdoor bi-level pools and hot tub at Margate Tower. However, the Embassy Suites Complex Splash Park and other pools located throughout Kingston Resort are not accessible.

We generally accept Saturday to Saturday, 7-night reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Alternate check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request, with a 3-night minimum Memorial Day to Labor Day.

HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo or out on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.

Please Note: Resort management restricts golf cart rentals to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy which is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is permitted in the designated motorcycle parking area only; located just prior to the front gate and across from the fitness center. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time.

We have stayed at Margate many times and are always very satisfied. This was no different. The rental was extremely clean, great location and had everything we needed. Check in and check out was easy. Overall, 5 stars. No complaints at all and would surely stay here again.

Nice place

Some of the lamps were dusty but overall cleanliness was good. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenwares. I was very impressed with the kitchen knives. We picked this booking for the beds. My husband uses a lift to transfer from a wheelchair to bed. The lift needs to go under the bed. Most rentals use platform beds. A negative to the facility is the beach did not have ramp access and there was not handicap access to the pool. The condo was very spacious and was probably one of the most lavish condos I ever stayed in.

Spacious beachfront property

A spacious three bedroom property. We traveled with a family of six and a set of grandparents. Plenty of room for all. A well stocked kitchen. Very clean and a outstanding view. Highly recommend for a large family.

Great location, beautiful condo

This is a large, well appointed condo. Great beach location and easy access to everything. Very quiet during our stay-just wish we had a bit more sun. We didn’t cook but if you wanted to, everything you’d need for dishes, pots and pans etc is available. Be sure to bring pretty much anything else you need though. We would stay here again. Loved the extra sitting area!

My husband and 3 yo son and I stayed here for fall break to celebrate our 10 yr anniversary. This place is absolutely fabulous! The property, beach, and surrounding activities were all amazing! Wheelchair friendly, glamorous suite

This huge, beautiful suite has everything. It's handicap accessible, however, bring your own shower and toilet handles for safety. The kitchen is amazing. 'Decor is ideal and the entire place is spotless. Views cannot be beat.

Great condo!

This place is great! I can’t believe all the kitchen supplies, utensils, dinnerware, etc. We have stayed at Royal Palms for about the last 7-8 years and I always pack all of our own supplies. Skillets, knives, coffee maker, dish cloths, towels, storage bowls, etc. I never used any of my stuff. The only thing that we did not like was the balcony has absolutely no privacy at all. That was the only downside. My wife hated that. The main door lock would not work with the key unless you spent 20 mins fooling with it, but we just used the laundry room door to come and go. And although there is soap in the bathrooms, no shampoo at all, but we had our own so all good.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

We were so pleased with everything at the property during our stay. What an amazing view of the sunrise and beach - all just from the balcony! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The actual condo was immaculate and did not leave you wanting for anything! We had a couple of bathroom lights go out during our visit, but the management company had them fixed within minutes of our phone call to report them. We will be looking to book this same unit again in the future - we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great condo for a quick getaway

Prista rental management is a great company to work with. Manager answered my email very quickly and was very pleasant to work with. Condo has everything you need for a great trip to the beach. Closet full of chairs and other beach going items. Sunroom/sitting room in front bedroom is a really nice added bonus. Love the true ocean front views. Will rent again! Highly recommend!

This place is beautiful and the views are amazing. The place is just as described and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. They also have everything you need for the beach so you don't have to bring anything. The floor that it's on is very quiet. We will most definitely stay here again!!

Very clean, nicely furnished, beach access easy, nice pool, great view, Great Spa, great gym. Only downside Is the pool closes at 10, but another one on the property was open. Balcony was fun to sit on late nights and here the music from pier. Very close to everything in Myrtle Beach.
