They practically wanted your first-born for check-in. Had to provide more information then I was comfortable with. There was no washer and dryer as advertised. It definitely needed some updating.

Under Renovation

The property owners were quite speedy to communicate with me at every turn. I wasn't expecting the property to have so many rules, and was a bit disappointed that I didn't have pool access, but my stay was pleasant and the children had a blast!! The property is under renovation so be prepared to see workers, slight imperfections, etc., but it was clean and comfortable. All in all, it was a perfect fit.

A Hidden Gem with a Perfect Ocean View! My husband and I drove down from Pittsburgh and absolutely loved this little spot in Myrtle Beach! This is located on the 15th floor, and the view of the ocean was absolutely breathtaking—waking up to coffee and the ocean is amazing. The condo itself was the perfect size for the two of us-- very comfortable and cozy. While it’s a tiny bit outdated and the pool was unfortunately out of order during our stay (not the owner’s fault), the value for what we paid was unbeatable. Even over the weekend, it was peaceful—not overly crowded or loud—and we felt completely safe the entire time. The location was also amazing. We were able to walk to Hungry Howie’s for pizza and ice cream—just a short and easy stroll. There are also several convenience stores nearby, which came in handy. We were a bit confused about parking at first, but the front desk directed us to park behind Rita’s, which ended up being super easy and gave us peace of mind about the car. Honestly, we don’t understand why anyone would leave a negative review. You come to the beach to enjoy the beach, explore, relax, and sleep in a clean, comfy bed—and this place delivered all of that. We would 1000% stay here again and are already planning our next trip back! Thank you 😊

"You get what you pay for." That's my review! I knew we weren't booking the fanciest place on the beach. It was adequate for our needs, but I wish I had booked something nicer since we were there for so many days. Furniture needs to be replaced. The bed had a major dip and lean. The room was clean, but because the furniture was old, it didn't feel clean. I ended up going out and buying a mop, cleaner, and wipes to give it a thorough clean myself, which made it feel better. Dresser drawers wouldn't stay closed, so that was a little funky. But, honestly, compared to what you normally pay on the beach, it was a good deal. Major plus was the view! 15th floor - looking out to the ocean was amazing. Otherwise, the overall property is in desperate need of management. Grounds are pretty run-down, but you do have direct access to the beach. It's sad to see how run-down the building is. Expect to walk a bit for parking, but free parking was available.

The property is not in the best part of town. The building was very dirty and smelled. Never even got into the room. Had problems getting the door code, didn’t get until 3 or 4 hours after check-in time. Very hard to get with host. Will NEVER rent from Big Fish Rentals again. Ended up going to another place to stay.
