Our guest room can sleep up to four guests and is available exclusively through the official On-Site Rental provider. Your stay will include all linens and towels, and NO departure cleaning fee. You will also have access to our 24-hour front desk.

I THOUGHT I was getting oceanfront; I got oceanview. Carpet in the room was pulling away from the floor in places. The edge where the carpet meets the tile had come up and I cut my foot on the exposed metal. Good thing I have bandaids and neosporin! After having back surgery, I would have been more comfortable sleeping on concrete than the double size bed. I tried to check in; lady said you have to contact the host for the code. I go to the other end of the counter, woman gets an envelope out of a box on the back counter. Bingo! Everything I need for my stay. The first lady was very nice to the woman in front of me but was evil, mean, ugly and nasty to me. I did NOTHING to her but ask to check in.

Comfortable room with a decent view

The property and room was exactly as advertised. My husband and I were in Myrtle for a semi-pro football game and needed a comfortable room for a couple of nights. The Landmark Resort has a lot of pools and water features. Most of them are inside. The staff was friendly enough and check-in was simple. We arrived earlier than expected and was pleased that our room was ready 2 hours before the check-in time. Our room was comfortable enough and we have no complaints. We have definitely stayed in worse Myrtle Beach hotels. All in all, I would give this property a 4 star and if we had to go back to Myrtle we would stay here again.

Not as pictured, advertised

This property was a huge disappointment, not at all as portrayed. The property is old and very dated, smelled badly. I don't believe it is a "resort" in any sense of the word. The beds were hard. The staff, were helpful for the most part. 2 parties decided not to stay once they saw the accommodations just while I was checking. I doubt I use VRBO again.
