Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
An Inspection of property is completed before and after check in/out. ANY missing items including blankets, towels, linen, throws, decor, wireless chargers, phone adapters etc. will be reported stolen
All dishes must be washed and put away. All linen should be stripped off the beds. Any wet linen should be left hanging over shower rod to dry. Leave the key in the lockbox to avoid a $50 fee.
Lock all locks WITH the KEY to prevent housekeeper from being locked out of unit. All trash must be cleaned up and taken out & placed in large garbage bin with the letter B for unit B.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
