The location was ok as it was not among the high rise district so it was more mellow. But there were many issues. The work-out room was inoperable, the TV had no service, front desk clerk said no maintenance person could chk it til morning, no coffee cups in room, shady people on parking lot, no fan in bathroom so moisture everywhere.

Hotel is clean. Bed is comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical/fair. My only complaint is there was no hot water for 2 days! They did however discount my additional extended 2 days.

The pictures do not capture what the room actually looked like. The door jams look like they had been kicked in a few times and then replaced. The smell was old and musty in our room and the beds were just uncomfortable. Very dingy and not inviting. The staff however were extremely kind and helpful. But the room itself was not at all what we expected

The check in process was easy, did it online the day before. Quick check in at the hotel. Room was great, only the shower flooded, cause the drain was clogged completely with hair, and the door stuck really hard as well. But other than those 2 things, had a great time. Loved the parking pass idea for parking on property.

Tatiana was awful. She represents everything a customer facing employee shouldn’t be. Also, we specifically asked to be put in a quiet room. We then had some of the worst noise we’ve ever experienced in a hotel including someone continually trying to open the door that connects 2 rooms. We had it locked, but I felt unsafe and slept with a knife all night to protect my children. There was no point in telling reception as Tatiana was on her shift and I know she wouldn’t have cared. Room smelled of damp, damp marks on lamps and walls, sheets were stained, the list continues. Unfortunately there are just so many things I could list being wrong with our stay but again, no one seems to care. All I can do is warn people not to stay here.

My experience started off weird and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I also had to deal with an employee who was sexually harassing me. I alerted another employee who was there for the night shift and he made me aware that this was not the first complaint about this particular employee. Please be aware when booking this hotel space!

The worst smelling beds and linens. It smelled so bad of dirty people and dog. Other then that the staff and building are great. They should have designated rooms/linen for pets. Omg it was bad.
