Our condo can sleep up to ten guests and is available exclusively through the official On-Site Rental provider. Your stay will include all linens and towels. You will also have access to our 24-hour front desk. Daily maid service is not included but may be purchased upon arrival.

Beautiful, well maintained, very nice property. The neighborhood is not what I expected. It is probably better in the summer when crowded with tourists…during the winter I didn’t feel comfortable.

This condo was exactly as presented on the internet. Very happy with it all. However, people on 3rd floor very, very noisy sounded like the fifth regiment running across the floor !! I would stay there again in a heartbeat !!

The unit itself is pretty nice . Definitely could do better on routine deep cleaning (walls had smudges all over them) overall cleanliness is good. My only complaint in the whole stay is the walls/ceilings are very thin. If you do not want to hear kids running around do not stay in these units. though.

No decent blankets on the beds, remote had no batteries, no basics, for example, paper towels, no washer and dryer. It was very basic. It was barely decorated. No coffee pot just the bare minimum. Basic fridge. No icemaker. I’ve never stayed at such a basic place.

Everything was good but the service was bad

When we called to clean the the property they never came to clean and we found cockroaches in the bathroom and in the rooms. The trash was never thrown away and the sheets weren’t changed.

Bath room was dirty in master bed room refrigerator was not working. In all the rooms the TV'S was not working they called in maintenance they worked on it and after an hour they stopped working found bugs in the room..I WAS NOT PLEASED AND WHEN I ASKED FOR ANOTHER ROOM THEY CLAMED THEY DID NOT HAVE ANOTHER ONE,BUT I FOUND OUT THAT WAS NO TRUE..BAD EXPRINCE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY.

Cute Property on the Strip with large Windows - NO Roaches!

Located on the strip in the heart of Myrtle Beach; however, this place was not too bad... It is a property of the Landmark and all of the amenities are located at the Landmark. Check-in wasn't modern! I had to fill out paperwork! That was different! But the receptionist was nice. The Ocean Escape is about 3 years old according to the receptionist (not brand new) and is located across the street from the Landmark. We had a difficult time getting into the secured building as we didn't have a code to gain access. Once I called the receptionist back, she then gave me a code that didn't work. We ended up going in with some other people after they put their code in. Hubby was able to get it resolved within about 30 minutes. The condo has 4 large screen tv's and non of them worked our first night. Called the front desk to report it the next morning and the front desk clerk contacted maintenance to come check them out. We call about 9:30am and it was around 4pm when they actually came. We had tv's the 2nd night. The layout of the 3 bedroom condo is spacious and looks just like the photos - the master bath is nice; however, the hook on the wall needs repairing. The bathtub in 2nd bdrm has a deep step in and out. There are, technically, 2 bedrooms and the 3rd sleeping area is actually out in the open. No door/no privacy! Loved the 1/2 bathroom. Didn't hear from the property owner much at all. Okay stay.
