Everything was very nice. The only things that went wrong is you could only heat the pool or hot tub not both and the TV's worked when we got there but then the internet went out and we could only use the TVs in the movie theater and the pool room.

Wonderful Stay

A large group of families (30 of us) rented this house for a baseball tournament in town and it was perfect. Plenty of room for all our families. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, the pool in the back yard, and the spacious living areas in the house for family game nights. The kitchen was well equipped as we cooked for everyone most nights. We enjoyed our stay. This property was perfect for us!

Great Golf House

Overall, the property was exactly as described in the listing. There were indeed 20 bedrooms, and everyone was comfortable in their own room. It was like having our own personal hotel. Communication with the host was excellent. There were not a lot of instructions at the end that we had to follow. We definitely recommend for larger groups.

The house itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Each room was cozy yet luxurious, making every family member feel at home. Whether we were enjoying a meal together in the large dining area, relaxing on the expansive deck, enjoying sports and movies in the media room or strolling along the beach just steps away, every moment felt special. A huge shoutout to Brittany, whose customer service went above and beyond! She thought of every little detail and even alerted us to things we hadn’t considered, ensuring our stay was seamless and stress-free. Her proactive care and friendly demeanor truly made this experience stand out. We give this beach house and the team behind it gold stars all around!
