Little oasis in great location!
My daughters and I needed an affordable place for a competition and didn't want to stay at a hotel. This was perfect for the 3 of us and was much less than some hotels. It was in a great location and the pool was so quiet and peaceful! We didn't get to the beach but it was very close. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and the large patio to eat on. One item that was noticed (and it's totally opinion) was the darkness of the bathrooms. The color and the lighting made it difficult to get ready. Luckily there was a desk/vanity in the master bedroom to apply make up and get ready. Also, it had a keyless entry so we weren't sure why we needed to stop by the rental office to check in. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home! We will surely be back!

just adaquate
The property needs a good cleaning especially the balcony. The outside carpet was filthy. Nothing had been cleaned and was covered in pollen, so we never used the table. We called the property manager about the pool area and the pool itself was then cleaned shortly afterwards. The tables and chairs were not done until the day before we left. When we opened the vent in the master bathroom the day we arrived a huge cockroach blew out. Fortunately it was dead. Also we were not informed in advance that the stairs on the building were being replaced and their dumpster was in our parking space and we had to park on the grass at the end of the building.The construction went on during our entire stay. I would not rent this property again or recommend it to anyone else.

For the most part the place was great. Had to go to another location to check in, which was getting the code to enter the condo (could have been email/text to me) then the code did not work when we got to the condo and I had to call and wait for another code. Once we received the last code everything was great! Place was clean and had everything needed to enjoy our stay!

Nice location
Getting checked in and inside the condo was a little rough. We had a 8 didgit code to use on the door. We tried it multiple, multiple times and it would not work. We drove back to the office, 10min away, because I couldn't get anyone on the phone, and then back to the condo and tried again and it finally worked. The rain was not helping. This condo was nice and clean. It was great for my kids and I, but I had my In-laws, one is 66yrs old and the other 80yrs old, climbing the steps to get to the 3rd floor was a little rough for them. I will add that maybe adding some rubber pieces to the steps will help tremendously for wet weather because they are slippery. The walk to the beach was not bad. I have rented from Elliott Beach rentals before and have had other great experiences. This was not one of my fav rentals, but it was booked last minute for AAU Basketball tournaments and worked out great for what we needed.

Didn’t enjoy stay
This property was booked for my parents to enjoy a stress free nice vacation away. There was a huge inconvenience and manager basically said because it wasn’t made aware of at a certain time it’s their fault. The refund was a joke and the property manager and employees who were spoken to all were rude and not so polite. The tone made you feel like you just don’t want to stay anymore and that’s what happened…early check out. Will not recommend

Great location, unit showing its age
Unit was in a great location, close to restaurents, 10 minute walk at most to beach. Bathrooms were clean, first time i have ever seen UV lights int he bathrooms. Unit needs an overhaul, carpet on the deck is stained and dirty. Kitchen was not well cleaned. Washing machine was moldy. In fairness to the property manager they replaced the dirty trash can, and sent someone to try and fix the washing machine- to no avail, we even tried multiple washes to eliminate the odor.
