With the public beach next door you will have plenty of extra beach space to play. There is a 32’ x 65’ concrete driveway that provides plenty of room for parking , boats or even campers for extra guests. The wrap around patio provides even more outdoor space with patio furniture, fire pit, both gas and charcoal grills plus a blackstone to meet all of your outdoor cooking needs. It has a large pass through lower level garage living space with bar that’s great on the nice days but also provides a good indoor escape for those pesky rain days. Great Stay on Lake Poinsetta
We had a great stay at Justin's lake house retreat on Lake Poinsetta. The home is well equipped and spacious for the size of home. We particularly like morning sunrise on the lake. Kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed the walkout.

What we liked...
Easy access. Super close to boat launch. Close to restaurants and gas stations. Next to large swim beach. We have a boat and were able to keep the boat right by the property tethered from the bow with a Sandspike and the stern with an anchor. Bottom is sand-So we could easily come and go during the day. Large long driveway for vehicles. The property is very nice. Well stocked. Very nice bathrooms, beautiful views. Great patio, grill and blackstone. Access to hose on patio for cleaning and foot washer for getting sand off the feet. Two refrigerators and plenty of room in lower level for the coolers and items you bring with you. Well designed property.
