Nice and quiet place, enjoyed the food first day , and the rest not really. It could be better. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The sliding doors in my room couldn’t close which made me nervous as the balcony can be easily accessible. I hope it gets fixed soon. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The quiet and trees. Green well kept gardens. The staff were very friendly. There was a good selection of food and one could request food that was specific to dietary needs. This was an away from home to home. Great stay for family.

Double charging for the room

They charge me twice- first Hotels.com and then the hotel said they had issues with Expedia and didn’t let me leave before I paid them directly as well! This should not be my problem- it’s a business relationship between Expedia/Hotels.com and Zereniti house.
