Newly remodeled home, this professionally managed and rare vacation rental is fully furnished and equipped -- with designer-quality finishes and elegant furniture throughout.



This modern home can comfortably accommodate up to seven (7) guests ~ perfect for three couples or families. It boasts 3 master suites, all with their own private full-bath and king-size beds. Moreover, it has an open kitchen with a dining and family room.

A very nice stay in a quiet residential neighborhood. It was clean, well laid out, and consistent with the listing. The only area we can't comment on is the pool; we didn't get it heated or use it as the outside temperatures were on the cooler side. You are close to downtown, and the drive to many wineries is very convenient. I would highly recommend for parties of six. Three good bedrooms with their own bathrooms.

Great little house. Nicely stocked kitchen and comfortable beds, except for the bed upstairs. Easy to get in and out of the house. Driveway was a bit tight. Nice quiet little street and close to Napa. Too cold to swim but the pool looked nice.

The house was perfect for our family, the bedrooms in particular were fantastic it really allowed for privacy!We didn’t have any dish clothes to wash dishes, very few towels for kitchen and bathrooms. Not enough silver wear, we had to constantly wash.And the pool looks much nicer on-line than it does in person. The backyard is not very clean by the pool and the pool is very old and not very clean.

Air Force Sister's Trip

We had an amazing stay in Napa! The house was absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and so peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, which made it the perfect place to unwind. We especially loved the pool and jacuzzi—such a treat after a day of wine tasting! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept like babies. Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a quiet and cozy getaway in Napa, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Great location with some disappointments!

Overall great location, great common areas and beds! Disappointing with the hot tub maintenance, as it was not working when we were getting ready to use it. Our main reason for booking this location. (Water not clean or hot. We asked for it to be looked at but they unable to fix during our stay.

Mix of good and bad

First the good: - Location is great, walkable to downtown Napa restaurants. - 3 bed, 3 bath is good for couples sharing the home. - Kitchen had plenty of pots and pans, good for cooking. Grill was clean and worked well. Now the not so good: - Several maintenance issues. Duct tape holding up a bathroom fan, broken drain cover in shower. Visible wear and tear on walls. The smoke alarms went off our first night. Took multiple people to contact maintenance and get batteries. - Issues with the cleaning crew: spilled soap in a bathroom, towels not evenly distributed throughout bathrooms, a back door was not fully closed when we checked in. - Pool was not very clean. We didn't think the cleaning system was functional (it never moved). - Description should be clear that 2 of the 3 bedrooms involved multiple stairs. - Kitchen had no seasonings available. We had to buy several, and subsequently throw them out given the fines for leaving anything behind. Overall, we chose this house for the location, number of bedrooms/bathroom and amenities. Given the price, we expected the house to be better maintained.

The property was perfect for our needs. Good location - walking distance to downtown Napa. The 3 master bedrooms with bathrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Our only criticism would be that the jacuzzi was not operational when we arrived and that was not communicated to us. Also extra bath towels for hair washing would have been nice.

ok but not amazing

upsides: decent location, nice neighborhood downsides: given the cost, one would expect all the inside things to run smoothly, but the company owning it would clearly love toautomate the whole thing and haven't been super attentive. Pool was filthy (even though it was supposed to be available), super noisy AC/heater, showers took a long time to heat up and were then scalding hot, multiple soap dispensers didn't work, etc. There are also multiple threats of extra fees on everything from touching a button on the hot tub to leaving anything behind. In sum, certainly not terrible but not as nice as one would expect given the cost

Loved the place and location

This house was perfect for 3 couples. Each room had a king bed and our own bathroom. Kitchen and living room were great and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub too! Can’t beat the location. We walked to dinner in downtown Napa 2 nights.
