I had high hopes for this property given the reviews I read, but sadly I felt let down. My room had a damp smell like mildew, the chair was broken, and the sheets were stained. Other blemishes/marks around the room were less problematic, but they real need to invest in new sheets. The first set did not appear clean, and if they were clean, then they absolutely need to invest in new sheets. The chair should've just been removed from the room rather than providing a clearly broken chair. Overall, it's fine, but this place was not cheap. Also the breakfast spread was cereal and bread, and I trusted neither after the state of my room. It's a motel, it is what it is.

This was the worst place ever. Do not book here. It was so unsanitary and disgusting. The moment we checked in and went to the room, we checked out immediately. The toilet was dirty, microwave, bed, fridge, etc you name it. (I even have pictures)They didn’t want to give us a refund. The staff was so unprofessional and rude. They had their sandals/shoes scattered in the lobby as if they lived there or something. We are so upset because we had to waste more money to find a different hotel.

WARNING FOR WOMEN! Check out is 11. At 9am I was awaken to a knock on the door. Before i could respond the the 2nd knock, an older man was letting himself in. I sprung from the bed to keep it shut as I was in my underwear. I asked what the hell he was doing and he responded he wanted to know if i was staying another night. I yelled my reservation was only for 1 night and for him to leave. Around 1015 another knock on the door. I yelled "what!" and he left without saying anything. I left shortly after as i felt unsafe. In addition to that...the tv did not work. And i used sanitizer wipes to hit surface areas and they turend black. Pretty disgusting. I checked out and got a room up the street.

Went for the golf tournament. Incredible rate. Then parked in downtown Napa for the river walk. Incredible time. Well, let’s be honest, when you have a Persian girlfriend how can it not be a phenomenal time? This place ruled. Period.

Overall, this is a decent place if you are looking for a cheap place to stay it is blocks away from downtown Napa. But it is not the fanciest, the facility is kind of old. The owners are super sweet, but definitely need some upgrades. It could’ve been a lot cheaper

We called to change from a king to two queens the man on the phone was rude and he gouged us the change. Hotel was a dump worth about $60 a night not the $350 we ended up paying for two queens. The room was clean but uncomfortable beds and wore out furniture

Room for a night - PERFECT

My cousins and I were in Napa for just one night to see Anjelah Johnson. We found this spot to be affordable.compared to others, because as you know Napa can be pricey! Most rooms were individual units, so they had their own little car port. It was a little stuffy when we 1st got in our room, but once we turned on the air conditioner it was fine. The room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. I love that it was only a 10min walk to La Cheve (very popular Mexican restaurant).

Nappa Valley

We were pleasantly surprised at cuteness of the property. We had our own liitle cabin and it was nice. No in room coffee is our only complaint. Otherwise close to restaurants and quiet part of town.

Cute little bungalows. Loved being able to park in a covered spot right next to our unit. Was hoping for pastries and fruit from the continental breakfast, but they just had toast, bagels, bagels and cereal.
