Back of property needs better lighting especially when your not sure which building is your room. Our stay was the Buford house we arrived approximately 9 pm. Room nice and clean and comfortable. Bkfast was great. Only issue to dark in between buildings . Celia was great

Hello. Staff was attentive and wonderfully helpful. Instructions to arrive and be greeted were spot On.we received a welcome toast and got a full view of property with the staff member. The stay was wonderful and breakfast was delicious! For certain don’t miss this… Two things to consider when you stay:for some, the stairs in the buildings are grand staircases- like In the olden days, so if you have trouble with climbing, be sure to mark that in your needs when making a reservation. 2nd, our room up stairs and along the stairs needed carpet cleaning. Admittedly, this is a glamorous older home, with beautiful wood work and details, yet a little TLC on carpet and wall paint touch up might be in order. Again tho, a gorgeous place. With wonderful staff. Convenient, great service and food. Hard to beat!

The Napa inn was an amazing place to stay. The staff was always on it for all needs. Waking up and knowing you are going to have a 5 star breakfast was a huge plus. We would definitely stay there again.

The owners and staff are very welcoming and accommodating. We were greeted with a glass of champagne and a tour of the property. They serve you a full delicious breakfast every morning and offer wine delivery services to your room if you desire. Great location, great breakfast.

Great location, walkable to Downtown. Stayed in Madeline Suite, top floor. It was warm, even in September and an awkward arranged room, two step up and down areas, 38 steps to the room. Never got dark even at night. Window coverings were too light and outside light were bright. Fantastic breakfast. We loved our trip to Napa maybe pick a different room next time.

The breakfast was absolutely incredible and delicious! I would gladly stay here again. To be picky... The only negative was the room felt a little dated- worn carpet, etc. I do wish they had wine glasses in the room to use- I came back with wine and had nothing to drink it out of! :(

This is great property and location to stay. Walkable to downtown Napa where all the shops and restaurants are. This is our second time staying here. Unfortunately this time around there were some issues with our room BUT staff and manager was very apologetic and took care of everything right away. Great staff, great customer service, great breakfast. Just the rooms needs some more love and care.

The Napa Inn was very comfortable and accommodating. We enjoyed our two night stay very much with comfortable beds, clean rooms and friendly staff. The breakfasts were delicious. The lemon cookies in the evening are delicious and added a special touch.

Nice, Great ground but needs TLC.

Breakfast was good, cooked to order. Crowded, had to wait an half hour to get seated but offered uc coffee. Couch was uncomfortable and needed to be re-upholstered. Bed pillows were uncomfortable, flat and needed to be replaced.
