the bathroom was not clean, there was a bar of soap from the last guest in the shower, as well, the bathroom door did not close the room was (119) was incredibly noisy next to the elevator, the cleaning room and parking, I would not think that this would be acceptable to any guest.

The front desk staff, Gary and another lady (didn’t catch her name), were kind and welcoming. There is onsite parking. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. Calling this room a “Junior King Suite” is laughable and what we arrived to was the tiniest, dirtiest room I’ve ever seen. I booked because of the “jetted tub” which turned out to be a standard shower over tub set up with a yellowed tub I couldn’t have been paid to get into. The entire room was extremely dirty, with stains on the bed and sheets. The bedding was moist and wet to the touch. The carpet was dirty and sticky. The A/C unit did not work, or has been programmed to turn off at a certain temperature (not what we set it to). The windows do not open and literally fell off when we tried. Spiders and dirt adorn every corner. The bathroom door was broken. The front door was caked in greasy finger and hand prints. The tv was connected to the internet but did not work. The remote was most disgusting of all - sticky and caked in dirt. I have never left a hotel room and booked elsewhere for the night. Napa Valley Hotel & Suites refuses to refund me, despite the fact that I did not even stay there. The front desk staff acknowledged the state of the property but states management won’t approve a refund.

Lack of parking for the number of rooms. Half the rooms had to park on the street overnight. Outdated rooms, tired and worn carpets, etc. Not worth the price.
