Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We got scammed, we booked the property, we got confirmation of our booking and everything and I couldn’t get in touch with the host, finally I got in touch with the host and we met up but had no record of our reservation, and the money was already charged on the card. Honestly this is such a disaster from Expedia we were left stranded could not find another replace to stay so we had to spend the night at the airport with zero sleep. Expedia letting false adds on the site, is outrageous I’m extremely disappointed and upset. We should be getting a full refund and Expedia better honour it.
