The service was great as we initially had a room that was very small exactly the same size of a king size bed but to their credit it was unbelievably cheap. The Ac was not working so the front desk personnel was nice and considerate to give us the only room left which is a suit - we were lucky. Overall, nice clean hotel that is centrally located. I would stay here again but in the suit for sure.

Cannot recommend this hotel

The front desk staff was surly at best and begrudgingly fulfilled any request asked. When I asked to exchange a 100 Euro note for smaller bills, I was told to go buy something and they would give me change. The continental breakfast was from 7:30 to 10:00 and I usually arrived around 8:30 and was greeted with most of the tables covered in dirty dishes. Guests had to scrounge around the various table to put together a clean place setting. The food was only replenished after the guests were scraping the bottoms of the dishes. The only person with any sort of customer skills was the maid who cleaned the rooms and to her I left a generous tip. The only comment I received when I checked out early was “oh you’re checking out?” I will travel back to Naples in the future, but this hotel will not be in my travel plans.
