"The place was great once we got to understand how to turn on the hot tub. Everything we needed was at the unit and a lot of nice beach bonuses in the garage for us to use. Wonderfully outfitted kitchen as well. The tiniest little feedback was that there were a lot of decorations cluttered on every surface. We ended up putting a lot of it away because we needed the surfaces to put things down. Even the centerpiece on the dining table was massive and took up a huge amount of the space. Truly a tiny thing. Decluttering a bit would be lovely. Location to the beach was amazing. The pool is absolutely perfect. Would absolutely rent this place again."

"The location is great, close proximity to the beach and to the shopping. This property was very clean and comfortable for our stay during the Christmas break holidays. The house is a new build, it has high ceilings and feels airy and spacious. The bathrooms are new and clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with with all the necessities of a kitchen and in addition there are two coffee machines, a toaster, a kettle, a blender etc. The backyard patio and the pool felt private and very pleasant. Mostly sunny in the afternoon. The garage has new beach chairs and beach umbrellas and that was very useful. The host Sarah was very responsive and helpful. Overhaul a great place to stay in Naples FL. "

"The host was outstanding to work with. They supplied great information up front and responded quickly to any additional questions. The host had many beach items - chairs, towels, umbrellas, toys, etc, for us to use at the beach. The house was fantastic for our family of 6. Very functional between the bedrooms, bathrooms, and many seating areas throughout. The pool was a hit with the family and fun to use anytime we weren’t at the beach. The host and house made for a great trip to Florida in the winter time!!!"
