1ヶ月以上前に予約していたのにダブルブッキングに合い、共有スペースでの滞在を余儀なくされた。ダブルブッキングと判明してからも従業員の対応はとても遅かった。何時間も待たされた挙げ句、返金額と支払い額が異なっていた。そして夜中にチェックインに来た外国人に起こされ、従業員は深夜不在のため、何故か私が対応。外国人に夜間連絡先へ電話してもらっても従業員が英語出来ないため、私が直接対応するはめになった。それなのに感謝も謝罪もなにもない。ふざけるな。こんなところ泊まらない方が良い。

A lovely place in Nara

This was a lovely surprise as we tried hostels first time on our trip. It was new and fresh and had all necessary amenities you might need. Also you can rent a bike to sightsee (def the recommended way even though we just walked). The beds were comfy and the linen clean and good. We got a room as we were two and that was very nice. The fully serviced kitchen has all appliances for cooking yourself and a big grocery store just a few min away. The place is also just a 7 min walk to main Sanjo dori where lots of eateries and shops are and about 10 min to Nara park with lots of sights. Would def stay here again.
