Villa Selvaggia is a 4-bed vacation cottage for stays in the residential village of Torre Inserraglio, on the beautiful coastline that joins the park of Portoselvaggio and the marina of Sant`Isidoro, on the sea of Nardò.
The cottage is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, hair dryer and mosquito nets. Pets are allowed.

Villa Selvaggia is a terraced cottage with a back garden with a pergola, equipped for outdoor dining, dining and relaxing.
The interior of the cottage is on two levels. On the ground floor there are living room with open kitchen, dining room, bathroom with toilet, sink and washing machine.
On the upper floor is the sleeping area with 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms and 1 full shower room.

Villa Selvaggia is located in Torre Inserraglio, a residential village located on the coast of Nardò, along the charming route that leads from the park of Portoselvaggio to the pretty Sant`Isidoro.
The location is excellent for reaching in a few minutes by car also the beaches of Porto Cesareo, and the other marinas of Nardò such as Santa Caterina and Santa Maria al Bagno. The town of Nardò with its beautiful historic center is only a 5-minute drive away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
