The check in process was easy and Steve was very pleasant. The hallway on the 2nd floor did have a bad smell at first but went away. Same with the room, it was a little musty smelling. However, the room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was good in the morning, and the person at the front desk was also very nice. He offered to take a picture of my daughter and I in front of the picture on the wall. All in all it was a good stay

The bathroom was on the small side and the sink is too low. Coffee packets and cups for the room were not restocked and we like our coffee in the morning before we go down for breakfast. Overall our stay was comfortable. Room and facility was clean and bed very comfortable. Food was decent. Staff not always present at the front desk and phone not answered when called the front desk

My girlfriend and I were very pleased with this hotel! It was clean, customer service was great, and it was super close to a lot of great shopping centers and restaurants! Would definitely come again!

There must be some kind of water leak because the carpet was soaked next to the bed. They were unable to move us to new room upon request so we stuck for 2 nights in this awful situation. Also was very noisy with our room next to the ice machine and lobby and the noise woke us up late at night and early in the morning.

Never again!

We had several issues with our room. I spoke with 3 people who advised me that the manager would call me. He never did. Our fridge was broken, the carpet smelled horrible, and there was feces all over the toilet. They advised i could not move to a different room.
