The house was beautiful and the property manager was helpful , but the location was misleading. The TVâs were difficult to use , also the WiFi was not available. Over all it was a nice stay , with a fun atmosphere and a short uber to downtown .
Property was fairly close to Broadway - Ubers were always available within a couple minutes. Three bedrooms and baths so no sharing. Well stocked kitchen. Rooftop patio was nice. Property was a very easy drive from the interstate. Property has a garage for convenient parking. Owners provided great communication leading up to and throughout our stay.
Great place to stay near downtown just a quick ride share away
This condo was exactly what me and my 2 other travelling friends needed to enjoy our stay in Nashville. It was clean and comfortable, exactly as described in the listing. It is not walkable and locals do not recommend walking in this part of town so plan on getting an Uber or Lyft everywhere if you don't rent a car, which isn't a big deal at all. My only feedback/reasons this is 4 stars are as follows: The WiFi never worked, meaning the internet TV's wouldn't work in the bedrooms (we didn't have a ton of time to deal with trying to get it fixed as we were only there morning and late night). Most importantly though the window coverings in 2/3 bedrooms are not sufficient enough to stop morning light from coming in at 6AM. Please invest in some real coverings with blackouts so people can get some good rest after partying on broadway. Otherwise overall the location was great and we really enjoyed it. Also just to note we reported signs of water damage in the living room ceiling and it was not remedied while we were there. Hopefully it is quickly for all future renters. Thanks
