Great place to stay in Nashville.

Wonderful visit! My only complaint was that a scent had been sprayed in the room, and that bothered by allergies. When I mentioned it at the front desk, they immediately made it better and didn’t spray it any more.

The Graduate was a great choice lace to stay. The unique decor was perfect as well as the usage of local artist. The coffee bar was better than Starbucks. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was above reproach. We had a great experience.

First I would like to say how great Anna at the front desk was at her job. She was the most pleasant young lady that greeted us when we arrived. She was efficient and relayed all the knowledge about what the property offered. The valet employees were also very responsive to our requests for retrieving our vehicle. Great people!! The hotel was clean and we ate at both places in the hotel. Only one thing I would suggest at the White Limozzin restaurant is the Shrimp Ettoufee needs some serious changes. It had no taste and the presentation was awful. I treat myself and others and do not mind spending money on food but this was atrocious! Staff at the restaurant were great but a bit slow as I witnessed a lot of them standing around laughing and not attending. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property to stay while in Nashville!!

We booked a handicap accessible room as advertised on Expedia. However when we arrived we were informed that the request “didn't go through”. We were informed the hotel only does roll in showers for king rooms, not the double queen we booked for. We had four guests and did not want to pay for an additional room for the websites mistake. They were able to provide an in shower seat, but my sister who is in a wheel chair, had to step up into the shower and was unable to shower without assistance. This was a huge disappointment. They didn't do much to accommodate us beyond the in shower seat. Luckily she is able to move on her own with assistance, but if she wasnt it would have been impossible to use the bathroom in our room. The bathroom had no bars on walls, and in order to exit the room with the wheel chair, we had to push her into the bathroom. The door was also extremely heavy and she would not have been able to get out of the room on her own.
