The best staff!!! Talk about “Southern Hospitality” loved my stay at this hotel. My room was so fresh and clean, the whole hotel was. It was perfect from the staff to the drivers of the shuttle service that would take you and pick you up from downtown Nashville; to the staff/bartenders at the Commodore. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely worth every penny!

At least 15 cars broken into with windows smashed out. No security. Another guest checked online and said it happens often but still no security. Staff was not helpful. Won’t be coming back

The room was fantastic. Most of the staff were super nice, except this one white female receptionist who was on a night shift- she was kinda standoffish and rude. It felt like she thought she was doing me a favour by answering my questions. It was kinda weird because the rest of the staff I interacted with were very hospitable and welcoming.

We stayed at this hotel as it was close to Vanderbilt. My husband had a cancer treatment scheduled for today. The room wasn't in the best of shape and the heater kept going hot and then cold. But to top it off, this morning we had a water leak under the sink. Water was all over the bathroom floor. I called the front desk, but they were more concerned about the floor than us. The desk manager told us he would give us some HI Points. Whoopdeedoo! That made everything okay. Take a tip - stay at the Marriott.
