We had an issue with shower door not able to open or close and Kurt was able to get us another rental which we were thankful for. Happy with both places minus the shower door. Place was clean and at a great location. We would stay here again.

This was a beautiful condo and having 2 bedrooms/2 baths worked out really well for 2 couples. We loved the area this was in and felt very safe there. We were able to walk to pretty much everything we wanted to. The host was very responsive. Would highly recommend this lovely place!

Stayed here for a girls weekend and it was perfect. Great open space to lounge and get ready. Love all the windows and it’s clean. Cute little area nice views at end of street. There’s a liquor store right around the corner with snacks and water so you can stock what you need. Also walkable to great food spots. Was easy to get in and out and didn’t run into any issues. We had such a great weekend, highly recommend.

Very nice space, the host was very responsive to questions & any request we had. It was unseasonably cold when we were there; the master bedroom & especially the bathroom were VERY chilly. They did provide a space heater which we used. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with dishes & the coffee pot worked great! We were there for a conference at Music city Center this is location is only a mile or so away & it was inexpensive ride share to get there. So if you want to be close to downtown & have a quieter & roomier space than a hotel room I would recommend it.

Location and the condo layout were perfect! Plenty of room to hang out with family. Host was very prompt and professional. The hair dryer did not work which was disappointing because I didn’t bring mine from home since it was listed as an amenity. The shower temperature did not stay hot for very long so a few of us had uncomfortable showers. Other than that the condo was great!

The host was very courteous and easy to work with. The condo was as described, beautiful corner condo with parking space, which is a premium in Nashville. We would definitely stay there again. The grounds were very nice. The weather was cold, windy, and rainy, so we did not spend time in the outside areas. Would love to come back during a time when we could enjoy them.

The condo is updated, modern, tastefully decorated, and has a great floor plan. Detail recommendations to take it from a 3.5 star to a 4 star and potential improvements are: overall cleanliness (dust and debris on floors throughout including closets, lighting fixtures, and inside kitchen and bathroom cabinets); appearance repairs (scuff marks on walls and dings in floorboards); towels were worn, dingy and folded kaddy-wonky and piled on bathroom counters; kitchen cabinets were disorganized with utensils, pots & pans.Recommend installing a full-length mirror and removing wire hangers in closets.Also, washer water temperature set on cold, but was coming out hot.It's a great condo and location. The place was beautiful and clean. One bedroom had closet bi-fold door. That was not expected. Would have liked an ordinary door. The door in the master bedroom was hard to close and open. Overall it was a good place to stay. Would love to go back and stay longer next time.

This place was amazingly and in a super convenient location. Clean and exactly as advertised. Walking distance to Broadway and what felt like a very safe neighborhood. Only thing I can suggest is the pull out couch needs to be replaced. Not an ideal sleeping arrangement because it was on the verge of breaking.
