Where should I start? This was my first time using Vrbo and Vrbo will always be my first choice. Everything you advertised about this location was 100% true. I could not have had a better experience. The Condo and the location are magnificent! We walked to the coffee shop and down town in minutes! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!

Walked in and condo was nice and bright. The check in process was simple and easy. The location is great location with easy walking capabilities to Broadway and our favorite restaurant The Hampton Social. The gym was nicely equipped with the latest Treadmills and weights.

Lovely appartment in a great location. One thing to note is that the blinds are window shades and do not stop any light coming in or provide privacy! You might want to bring an eye amsk and remember this when ypu have the lights on at night!

Very clean, the area seemed to be good, we didnt have any problems or see anything shady. Secure garage parking. Met and hung out with some of the other very nice tenants for a few hours.Would definetly go back to this in the future

Condo was in a good location and very modern. About a mile walk to Broadway or quick Uber ride. Place was clean and beds were comfy. Window shades are very thin so sunlight came through in the morning. Had issue with key lock but management was very quick to respond. Only complaint was smoke detectors kept going off whenever we used the oven. Hopefully that issue can get resolved for next guests.

Excellent Location

We came to Nashville for the Metallica concerts and this property was in a great location for walking to Nissan Stadium. A short walk to a great little diner, Mr. J's too. The unit was clean and the beds were SUPER comfy. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the bedrooms and bathrooms.

4 adults on a music tour - Excellent property, beautifully furnished throughout. Owner very responsive to all questions. Property in excellent position a 10-15 minute walk from Broadway and downtown. No negatives whatsoever exceeded our expectations on all fronts.

Nashville snow day

We really enjoyed this location. The owners were also very easy to communicate with and helped us with anything that didn't go according to plan. The apartment building was quiet and very well located. We could walk to various spots ( when it wasn't snowing) or it was a quick uber or drive to gulch or downtown. Since we were snowed in for a day we had plenty of room to relax and cook our our meals- thankfully publix was nearby as well. Residents were nice and we met some caretakers who were very helpful in directions as well. It was described perfectly online. Parking was easy. The walk to pinewood social was nice and easy as well. I would love to stay there again.

We truly enjoyed this condo. Very secure and safe, within walking distance to Broadway (or a cheap Uber), restaurants and grocery stores close by, clean, and comfortable. Perfect for our family Christmas trip through Tennessee. We loved it and will rent again!
