Great location. Clean room with full sized refrigerator and frozen margarita machine! The staff was super friendly. The pool/bar area is a lot of fun and a great way to spend the morning, and even has live music. I just wish they opened it up before 10am. The pool itself, however, needs a serious cleaning- although the water and pool bottom seemed clean there was ample blackish grime on the pool tile above the water line. The little gift store had just about everything one could need from snacks to toiletries. The lobby also has a full service Starbucks, and a good reasonably priced bar/restaurant with live music

Great property in a perfect location

I was in Nashville for a concert at Bridgestone and the location of this property could not have been more perfect. A short walk to just about everything you'd want to see while staying in Nashville. Building has great amenities and staff were friendly and helpful. The host was super communicative and gave me all the details I needed before my stay. Great experience all around.

We've stayed at Margaritaville before but not in a Vrbo. Check in was easy as usual and the owners gave us lots of tips to help support up the process. We would totally stay here again.

Fun property. Friendly staff. Great location.

Great pool with bar and food on 4th floor. Nice lobby bar and restaurant on ground floor as well. Located close enough to walk to Broadway and surrounding nightlife but far enough away that you can get away from it when you need to. Room was clean. Nice size fridge with a freezer. Microwave and dishwasher too. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay !

This property was absolutely perfect for our girls getaway. It had a couple of restaurants and a Starbucks right at the property. Room was very clean. It may have been tight with 4 people but for the 3 of us, it was just right. The staff was very attentive and delivered the things we needed (extra towels etc).immediately. Location was the best! 10 minute walk from broadway!

Perfect spot for stay in Nashville

Great location for a trip to Nashville. We were in town for the Kenny Chesney concert. Margaritaville was the perfect vibe! Live music was fun. The pool area was great. Good mix of people. Resort was very clean with great amenities. It was perfect to be a few blocks from Broadway as it was quiet enough but with lots to do in a walkable distance. Great end unit with big windows. Kitchenette was perfect. Large bathroom and very comfortable beds.

Close to Broadway and all the fun!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! We were close to Broadway so we could enjoy all the fun music, food, and entertainment. We didn't have a car, so everything we did was within walking distance and we didn't feel like we missed out on anything. The property had a heated pool, rooftop sitting area, rooftop bar, main level bar and restaurant, and a Starbucks in the hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

Expectation Met!

Property as a whole was clean; smelled clean at every point and looked the same. Room was perfect and just what we needed for our 3 night stay. Rooms are quiet too and that says a lot considering our room was directly above the patio for Fins Bar which was active every evening.
