The property itself was a great location. Easy walk to Broadway. The communication was excellent. All amenities were great and we even took advantage of the in room laundry. The cleanliness of the apartment wasn't great. The floors were filthy, the night stand had stuff spilt all over it and the remote was stuck to it. The fridge had left over food and drinks from a previous guest. There was a bag of marijuana and all paraphernalia shoved in the back of a cupboard that made the kitchen smell ( i didn't mind the surprise lol) but just proving things are not cleaned out. The dishwasher did not work upon arrival and we did have to hand wash dishes for 3 days before it was fixed. Other than the cleanliness the place was great and I would recommend.

The place is very spacious, enough for 2 kids and 2 adults to have their own space. Nice view of the city. If you don’t mind the walk, you can get to downtown. Area is quiet since it’s far enough from the main busy areas.

Perfect 4th of July vacation

Great condo! Beds were comfy and location was convenient. We would stay here again for sure. Fireworks from pool deck were awesome. I would recommend they stock a roll or two of paper towels.

Great family apartment

The apartment was in a great location, close to lots of great restaurants in a really walkable area. It was plenty of room for our family of 5. It was really nice to have two bathrooms also. The gym and outdoor spaces were a really nice bonus as well.

We liked that it was relatively an easy walk to Broadway St. It to approx. 15 minutes but it was scenic and close to many incredible restaurants. The apartment itself was good. Could have used a few more seating chairs in the dining / Livingroom. Besides these little matters we would definitely stay there again

We loved it, was hard to figure out which parking garage, but great communication throughout our stay, did wish we had a tv in the main bedroom, as i like to watch my crime shows to go to sleep, lol! Did find a few things dirty but nothing we couldn't clean up, the host was super nice!
