Located in the Heart of Broadway! This apartment is hip, spacious and perfect for groups -- perfect for your next Nashville Vacation, Birthdays, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, Reunions and so much more!

Enjoy the amazing view overlooking the neon lights of Broadway and the Bridgestone Arena. Nashville has plenty of rental units, but there are only two this large located on Broadway -- and both take up the two top floors in the Lucky Bastard Saloon building!

Once you step outside the loft, you're right in the heart of Broadway! A short walk to the world famous Tootsies, Hattie B's, Jack's BBQ, Whiskey River Saloon and more. Or simply walk downstairs to Lucky Bastard Saloon and enjoy live music, the Nashville Hot Chicken menu and cold drinks.

WOW. What an incredible spot! Truly blown away at this amazing accommodation in Nashville! Had a group of 14 girls stay here for a bachelorette trip and the location is EVERYTHING!! Right in the heart of all the action on Broadway, and having the living room windows look out onto Broadway was truly a treat for some awesome people watching! The apartment itself is clean, stylish, and easy to access (I was nervous / curious about how we would access since it is above a bar, but all was EASY). The only complaint from someone in my group was about the noise level, however, this is a known “hazard” of the location being above a bar right on Broadway. We got her a pair of earplugs for at night and she was fine! Overall VERY impressed and grateful to have stayed here and Sheri was super helpful and easy to communicate with!

Can’t get any better than this location for a stay, driving or car service not necessary thats how perfect the location was. We had 12 people for our stay and it was very comfortable. This was a perfect location for our large group. If you are into the Nashville nightlife then this is the place for you. I would not recommend it if you have little children. But for our group this was perfect! Great accessibility to everything downtown.
