Guests can relax in the tremendous living room, which includes a cozy sofa bed for extra comfort. With 4 bathrooms, everyone has plenty of space to refresh and unwind. Located just outside Nashville, 1 mile from Percy Priest Reservoir. Our spacious home is a perfect getaway for all sizes of groups, as well as the traveling workforce.

The home is stocked with all the basic essentials you will need.

Our home features a spacious backyard perfect for outdoor fun.

Whether you’re here to explore downtown Nashville, visit local attractions, or simply unwind; Music City Escape offers the ideal blend of convenience and relaxation.

With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and space to accommodate up to 16 guests.

The home is stocked with all the basic essentials you will need. You’ll have plenty of room to relax and make lasting memories!

Other things to note
We do allow up to 2 Pets/Dogs with pre approval and the $75 Per Pet/Dog Fee Paid. If you bring dogs without paying or bring more dogs than you paid for, then it's a $500 Fine. Please keep all Pets/Dogs off All Furniture and Beds/Linen and pick up all Dog Poop so you do incur extra cleaning and damage fees.

We have 2 Homes within .5 mile of each other. Let us know if you would like to book both of them etc.

The Owners Closet and 2 others Closets are Locked and Alarmed. We have to follow Strict County Short Term Rental Neighborhood Quiet Times of 10pm-8am. Everyone must be inside by 10pm. You can come and go as you need, but you can't hang outside after 10pm.

If County Code Enforcement is called its a $1k Fine to guests.

We went for a small family reunion with 6 adults and 5 kids. There was more than enough room for everyone. The kids LOVED having their own space. We had one minor issue and the host was quick to respond and together we got the issue resolved. Communication was great leading up to our trip, check in and out instructions were clear and easy. When we did reach out to the host they responded quickly.
