Nice hotel close to freeway.

Pros: Clean and comfortable beds. Continental breakfast good. Close to restaurants.
Cons: For smokers & non smokers that want to sit outside it would be nice if they would put a bench or two outside to sit on.
Location: Location was off of freeway about a half mile or so. I arrived late and was only there for a night so not sure about things to do in the area.
Check in was quick and easy, The guy that checked us in was friendly and helpful. Rooms weren't fancy but we didn't expect them to be but they were clean and the property was clean. Beds were comfortable. If you want fancy then this isn't the place but the price was reasonable and we were only staying for the night and I don't like paying a high price for an overnight stay. Other reviews complained about the drive thru beside the hotel being loud but we didn't notice that in our room but they might have turned it down due to some complaints.

Pros: Staff members were very helpful, loved their servant behavior. Felt like they had a true heart towards wanting their customers happy.
Cons: The cleanliness of the room could be worked on a little more.
Ran into a couple of issue while visiting the Quality Inn, once it was brought to the attention of the staff members. Everything was addressed, the bathroom door handle fell off and the bathroom floors needed cleaned. Within the hour both issue were addressed. Great staff members.
