Arrived later in the evening - the check in staff were VERY friendly - the vallet staff were extremely helpful and polite. Great downtown location - rooms are clean - beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are nice sized. Excellent property!

Wouldnt feel comfortable walking around at night in the neighborhood.I dont like inner cities.Stayed there to be close to the Ryman.Not that good of an area either.

The rooms were very unique, clean the hotel staff all of them were so nice and friendly and helpful and their breakfast was awesome

First thing we noticed, there were bugs flying in the bathroom and the toilet did not flush. This property is just an old worn out property
