was given a handicap room for no reason except they had most rooms booked, well this was booked months ago, Rm 114 has NO INTERNET service, continued to show weak and out of service within room. Internet worked fine when taken to eating area and even out in hallway. Feel that cause i booked with Expedia they give you a room that is less desirable. It was 1st room off of hallway .

We stay here often. The rooms are always clean. The bathroom is clean. The toilet paper holder is difficult to access and tear.. the beds are very comfortable and the quiet is unheard of We love thiss pla e!!!!!!

First and foremost, the staff was excellent. Very helpful and friendly. One quirky thing. The bathroom had a hanging, sliding door which is now in style. However, when we entered our first room, the door was laying against the bed. We called the front desk. Someone came up almost immediately and handed us the keys to a different room a few doors down. Very apologetic, but addressed the issue head on with no excuses. Well done. The only thing that would have been nicer, is if there were a regular arm chair in the room. A place to comfortably sit when you are staying for three days There was certainly sufficient room for one. If we need a motel in this area again, we would certainly re-book.

This place was impeccably clean! The area definitely felt safe. There are two things keeping it from a perfect 5 star for me, although others might not care. 1.) I wish the windows would at least crack open, if not partially open. When there is nice weather, I like to be able to get some fresh air. 2.) The bed was too soft for my taste and it wasn't a comfortable sleep. If you don't mind either of these things then I 100% recommend this place! It was really nice.

Property was not kept up to standards. Our HVAC unit did not work properly and sounded like a piece of lawn equipment. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. I would probably not stay here again

Property was clean and co fortable bed. We were put in a room next to elevator and ice machine. Water line for ice machine made it seem as our toilet was running each time someone used the ice. It was very loud also. Breakfast was under whelming with few choices.
