Please note: The building is currently undergoing scheduled exterior wall renovations, including plastering and painting, as part of a planned property refresh. Work takes place Monday–Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

All renovation activity is limited to exterior areas and does not impact guest suites, access, or amenities. The private beach and swimming pool remain fully open and available for guest enjoyment, and our team takes care to minimize any disruption.

For added peace of mind, the suite is equipped with a privacy-safe Minut device that monitors noise levels and indoor conditions (decibel monitoring only — no audio recording).

*SMOKING: smoking is not allowed in our suites under any circumstances

*LOBBY AREA: guests must be covered when entering and leaving the lobby area for the beach or pool

*SAND: please use the outdoor shower when exiting the beach to rinse off any sand before entering the building & use the showers in the pool area to rinse off before entering the pool; please also dry off before entering the lobby

*HALLWAYS: please do not leave any shoes or bags in the hallways outside of your suite

*BEACH & POOL AREA: no glassware is allowed in these areas, please only use plastic & paper products. We also kindly ask you clean up any garbage to keep the areas clean for other guests & residents to enjoy

*GARBAGE: each floor has a garbage container located in the staircase

Great set up for a family with their extended family. We had 7 people and there was plenty of space. Nice rollaway bed was also available. The hosts added some really nice touches such as: Christmas tree set up for us, plenty of pool / beach toys and floats, snorkeling gear, beach towels, beach bags, cooler, etc. They had the refrigerator stocked with soda, orange juice, ginger ale, tonic water, eggs, milk, bacon, bagels and cream cheese. Upon arrival there was a cracker and cheese board ready along with a bowl of fresh fruit. The condo also had filtered water with a replacement jug available. The host staff and building staff were super helpful with questions and taxis. The host was VERY responsive to questions prior to the stay and during our stay.The community pool was fantastic with great lounge chairs and seating. The pool bathrooms were very clean.The outside of the building is being renovated. We did not find this to be disruptive to our stay.

I would definitely recommend this Condo. Sara and all the staff members treated us like family. Just the nicest most polite host I have ever dealt with. I called several times just to get info about local events and to ask for a late check out. Sara promptly answered every call and was more than happy to accommodate our every need. The house wast spotless and had more food available upon arrival than I’ve ever experienced. You get more room and better accommodations than if you stayed on site at Baha Mar for a third of the price. The beach was private and well kept. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Really amazing property! The building is undergoing some external renovations which were not a bother at all. We barely even noticed. And I’m sure everything will be stunning once complete. These hosts and their property are stunning and so convenient to everything Baha Mar has to offer. Great place!!

Beautiful unit at Sea Grove Manor

The unit itself was beautiful. Amazing location, clean new well stocked. The building is a under construction so it was a bit loud and messy while we were there. The service was great.

Beautiful condo and perfect location

We stayed for a week and enjoyed the upscale residence (more of a house feel than condo or hotel) with every amenity you could want. The location on the beach and right next to Baha Mar was perfect for resort amenities without the resort feel. Staff was wonderful would highly recommend as an alternative to the resorts. Utilize the money saved to rent a car, explore the island and water!!

Hidden Gem

Oceans at Sulgrave is an oasis and one of the best-kept secrets on the island. Everything was perfect, and all the little touches and comforts were very much appreciated. It is truly a magnificent little slice of heaven.

Best kept secret in Nassau!

Wow! I cannot say enough about this hidden gem! Sulgrave Manor is literally next door to Baha Mar so the location can’t be beat and the unit itself is beautiful! It is newly remodeled and has everything you need- they even stocked the fridge with some breakfast provisions so you don’t need to worry about breakfast on your first morning! Sarah and Rob are amazing hosts and they went out of their way to make sure our arrival and stay went smoothly. We love the Bahamas and the next time we go we will definitely stay at Oceans at Sulgrave!
