This beautiful 7 bedroom and 5 bathroom house is in the serene community of Tropical Gardens. Special features include a spacious living room, a billiards room, computer area, garage, kitchen, pool and large storage room. There is a surround sound stereo system throughout the entire house and outside perfect for any get away with friends and family. The pool house has a full bed and bath, a cabana for entertaining and a outside bar. The home is equipped with an automatic standby generator so you never have to worry about power outages.

Recently completely renovated in 2013 from the ground up, this home now boasts state of the art furnishings, fixtures and appliances. From the stamped concrete porch and walk way surrounding the house to the concrete block wall around its boarders, paved parking in the front, two car garageporcelain tiles throughout the entire house, custom island and wine cellar in the kitchen, Jacuzzi bathtub in the master bathroom, T.V. lounge around in the master bedroom and CCTV this home is now a one of a kind masterpiece.

Tropical Gardens is minutes away from the airport, great beaches, fine dining and shopping plazas.

Good stay overall. Huge house with tons of space and a working kitchen, well located for island exploration. Pool table and swimming pool! Downsides - nothing in the house at all for cooking (even salt/pepper), no beach/pool towels, floors could use a cleaning, and one of the beds was broken.

Large, spacious property with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for 3 families (6 adults and 3 kids), but a nightmare stay. With sparks and fire coming out of a wall outlet, water flooding several rooms, most appliances and all the TVs unplugged and black mold in the master shower and frig water spout, our dream vacation was severely impacted.We planned this vacation to the Bahamas for almost a year. When we arrived at the Blue Mansion at the time scheduled, it wasn't ready for us. The house was hot and humid. The air conditioners were not turned on and it took several hours to cool it down. The upstairs air didn't work, so the first night everyone except my wife and I slept downstairs. We wasted a day waiting for the air to be fixed. Next, my 7 year old grandkid noticed sparks and smoke coming out of an upstairs electrical outlet. Spent the next day waiting for the electrician to come over and fix it. Turns out it was caused by water leaking inside the wall. Water leaks were everywhere, including the detached pool house where my teenage grandson slept. He would wake up in the morning with the ceiling leaking on his bed. I pointed this out to the owner and the property manager, but they didn't seem too concerned.The black mold made my wife ill. She used a separate shower. When I sent the owner a pic of the mod, he said he didn't see the problem. I knew then what I was dealing with. The master bed was an old, smelly, broken down foam mattress that was low to the floor.

Large Home Perfect For Families

We loved our stay here. After spending time at Atlantis we were seeking a quiet home away from the craziness of Nassau. The home is very quiet but close to the beach and to shopping and restaurants. The home is very large and fit our entire family comfortably. The owner is amazing. He made our stay so wonderful! Will stay here again!
