The room had a closed up musty smell. The pillows smelled awful and couldn't be used. The mattress had a cover on it that made us too hot but once we removed it we were comfortable. The pool looked really nice and the workers were friendly

A vista do hotel para o mar é bonita - Hotel classificado com 4 estrelas - mas minha recomendação seria 2 estrelas - em meu quarto 516 - a água quente não funcionava do chuveiro e torneira da pia não funcionava - o quarto precisa de melhores cuidados de pintura - estrutura geral do quarto e conforto bem antigos - ármarios com portas vazadas - n~]ao recomendo a usar os armários - - parapeito do quarto e corredor feitos em madeira, necessitando urgente de manutenção - pintura ou verniz para melhor proteção, pois encontra-se ásperas e sem acabamento - este hotel requer investimento de melhorias para ser a qualificação de 4 estrelas - outro fator importante é que falta um letreiro luminoso indicando o nome do hotel - a unica placa que tinha - ficava de frente a rua, ao lado de arbustos escuros e ao lado do ponto de de onibus e sem iluminação no letreiro - sendo que a noite foi muito difícil a sua localização mesmo colocando no waze ( mapa ) para localizar e assim era quase impossível ver o nome do hotel - e ao chegar até fiz o questionamento na portaria - e a resposta me dada foi que os hospedes reclema bastante disto - mas pelo jeito não tomam nenhuma providencia - hoje em dia colocar um holofote para iluminar a placa não custa caro

Péssimo hotel. Sujo, não existe serviço nenhum. Bar da piscina só no pensamento. Roupa de cama estava suja de cama, precisou pedir para trocar duas vezes. Ar condicionado é central e não gela nada. Piscina imunda, mais bichos e moscas que no zoológico. Café da manhã muito fraco. Funcionários não tem nem uniformes para identificação e nada receptivos.
