When we booked the room, it show complimentary breakfast. But we got charged for breakfast in the total of $342.00. This was ridiculous, the hotel staff did nothing to help. So we had to pay for something that was inclusive. The room was okay. The towels where all grayish not white. And it was very limit on the amount. Stayed in many hotels, this was a unpleasant stay for a pricy vacation.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. My valuables were stolen form the safe where I had locked it. I noticed this on the morning I was leaving. I informed the front desk, but since I had to leave for a flight, connecting to an international flight, I could do nothing much.

O ponto mais forte foi sem duvida a limpeza. Mas também gostamos que o quarto era espaçoso e o café da manhã bem diversificado. A localização para quem quer fugir do trânsito mais intenso da cidade também é ideal!!!

As toalhas do banheiro velhas por dois dias estavam com partes rasgada, o depósito de sabonete da pia estava sem funcionar falei na recepção e não trocaram, não havia edredom no quarto . No restaurante no café da manhã a funcionária que estava no atendimento de preparar tapiocas, ovos e omeletes muito pouco cordial, nos dias 19 e 20.Hoje 21/12 acredito era outra funcionária.

A porta do meu quarto foi deixada aberta após a arrumação a tarde. O incidente foi reportado a recepção mas nenhuma ação parece ter sido tomada. Ar condicionado com barulho intermitente durante a noite. A cola do sabonete liquido e shampoo expiraram durante a noite, fazendo com que ambos caíssem (e por consequência me acordarem). Check-in levou 20 minutos, mesmo com tudo preenchido corretamente previamente e não havendo fila. Um elevador requer o uso das chaves do quarto e precisa ser apertado fortemente para ir para o 4° andar. O outro elevador não requer a chave e não precisa ser apertado fortemente.
