Gulf Island is a 1 Bedroom / 2 Bath Condo with Bunks in the hallway and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It has a queen bed in the bedroom and the bunks in the hall are 2 twins size beds. This condo sleeps 6 and has been upgraded with granite counter tops, new stainless-steel appliances and new furniture. It is located on the third floor; we’re sorry there are no elevators. Gulf Island is right between the Gulf and the Sound. So, it’s a short walk to the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico or the calmer waters of the Santa Rosa Sound. Enjoy the community pool with a large sundeck with plenty of loungers for you to use. If you need more action, you can rent jet-skis, kayaks, paddleboard, bikes or scooters. If you’d rather fish, Navarre Beach boasts the longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico. When it’s time to relax, the most stunning views of the Santa Rosa Sound can be seen from your balcony and even more amazing sunsets. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and in the bedroom with free cable TV and wireless Internet. There are 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar for casual dining. You have a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals or try some of our local restaurants. This condo has everything you’ll need to make this the best vacation ever. I’ve visited Navarre numerous times and always stayed on the gulf side but Ive got to say I really like this complex. Easy parking, pool is nice, condo was clean and comfortable, walk across to beach was easy. Will definitely stay here again! Also- best sunset views.

We had a very nice time here. It was a great space to relax, whether that be on the balcony or cooking in the cute little kitchen and sitting around the bar area. Besides the stairs I'd say if you have young kids, teens or even young adults this is a great place to try out.

Very clean condo

We enjoyed our stay in Navarre and the condo was very clean. With a very short walk to the beach, we spent a lot of time there. Merle was always quick to respond to any questions we had and so was housekeeping. We loved staying here and would definitely come back.

Perfect getaway for the family

We spent our spring break here. The condo was just across the street from a beautiful beach. Even though it was a big travel time we had no problem finding space at the beach for the whole family. Restaurants are great and in walking distance. Grocery is just a short drive away. Also within a short drive is a national park beach with plenty of natural beauty. A great spot to relax and refuel.

This condo was perfect for our extremely short getaway. Everything listed in the description and photos were spot on. I will admit the stairs were a bit of a work out after a long day at the beach and the bed was a bit stiff for our liking but everything else was wonderful.
