Flip Flop Retreat is on Santa Rosa Island, FL. Comfortably sleeps 16 guest. A great spot to soak up some sun. A balcony will make your beach vacation comfortable watching the sun come up and the sun go down. In addition, enjoy nearby water activities such as boating, surfing, jet skiing, and fishing. 5 bedrooms with 4 having ensuites. One of Florida's best beaches steps away. The interior features 2 king primary with ensuites, 2 queen bedrooms 1 with ensuite, and a bunk room with ensuite equipped with 2 bunk beds, 2 twin beds, a sofa, and a Large TV perfect for children to have their own space. The living dining room has a large Amish solid wood banquet table, 3 leather couches and a large TV. Large private in-ground swimming pool that can be heated. A large SPA with outside shower to wash off. Outdoor gas and charcoal grill which every you prefer. Cook out and dine on the large covered balcony. Other amenities of home: fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, full size washer and dryer. Enjoy a walk in the sand for a day of fun at the Beach. Cool off in your own private in-ground swimming pool or relax in the Spa. Plenty of covered parking for your cars.
This home is pet friendly, 2 pet limit. The fee is $175.00 for one pet or $350.00 for 2 pets. The fee is non-refundable. Rates are subject to change.

This home requires a Saturday to Saturday 7 night's stay during Season. Any evidence of Smoking found on the premises will result in an additional fees.

We had our family with all our grandkids,ages 1 through 14 with us for a week. This was our second time we stayed here and enjoyed our stay. We did have some issues with the pool heater but the kids still enjoyed it and Tom was good about trying to resolve it for us. We would stay here again.

Tom was great with communication, house was clean and welcoming. The heating of the pool and spa was kinda complicated. We were there in February so we understood that the pool needed to be heated, however when the pool was heating the spa was cooling off and vise versa. It took a few days to figure things out, but it all worked out. The outside charcoal grill needs to be replaced, but the gas grill worked perfectly. This was a great convenient location, lots of things to do from fishing to shopping and a lot of great restaurants.

The good: Location is PERFECT. House is very spacious. The bad: Unfortunately the pool was filthy the entire time we were there because the filter was broken. I understand things break but the pool was the reason we booked the house. The only way to communicate with the owner is by email, I asked for a phone call but did not get one. Some communications took more than a day to respond. Beds are rock hard. I would stay here again with an assurance of a functioning pool, and possibly purchasing a mattress topper while I was there.

Great Family Home!

This was our first time to stay at this beautiful home and it won't be our last. The online pictures really don't do the house justice. It is very open and airy with lots of natural light. The family room is spacious with enough room for everyone to hang out, yet not be in each other's way. The kitchen had everything we needed (we cooked most of our meals) and we used the grill several times as well. Honestly, we spent most of our time outside either on the deck (both front and back - each had ample seating) and underneath the house. We brought hammocks and using the support poles, strung them up and enjoyed sitting, reading, and of course, napping! There was a pleasant breeze that flowed under the house 24/7 and made the heat bearable. The pool was perhaps the best part of the entire property! It is HUGE! We brought an inflatable volleyball net and basketball goal (which we left there for others to enjoy) and there was plenty of room to hang out in the pool even when others were playing. It is well lit so you can swim after dark as well.There were 11 of us altogether, and we never felt crowded. We all appreciated the fact that the home is on one level. Since we had a 2-year-old and a 9-month-old, I was comforted by the fact that the deck had gates to keep them "contained" and the pool is also surrounded by a fence with a door that locks, but is easy for the "big people" to access.We've already booked our stay for next year!

Family Beach Trip

Fantastic location, quiet area, close to beach access. Beautiful home and owner very responsive. Pool was fantastic, the family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Wrap around deck was great. Only negative was the size of one bathroom/shower.

Perfect stay!

My family and I came the week of July 4, 2025, a busy week as far as traffic goes, but for what time we drove, it was fine, just got more congested closer to the holiday. The house is way bigger than we thought. We had plenty of room for the teens and adults. The AC worked very well, as well as the washer and dryer. Oh, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, and silverware and serving pieces well over what we have found in past rentals. We had no hiccups at all. The pool was an added plus, although the rain at the beginning of the week messed up the chemicals in the pool, but not so much the hot tub area, where everyone seemed to go. Tom was a fabulous host and answered any questions or concerns I had immediately, which was well appreciated. I would highly recommend this rental. We would certainly stay again if available.

This was our third year staying here. We go every year with kids and grandkids. The house is perfect for large families and multi family groups. And, is very well equipped with everything u would need. The kid room is huge and always a big hit. Tom has added several new bikes that we enjoyed We were concerned about not being on the beach but we leave our chairs/tents and ice chest in car and drive to crossover and pull wagon to beach. No problem at all. And, having our own pool helped make it a great week

Beautiful place with a wonderful location

We've been coming to Navarre Beach every year since 2014. This was our first house experience due to a growing family. The house was the perfect setup for our large family needs. The pool and hot tub were nice too. Great location even for not being directly on the beach. We would definitely rent again.

A little slice of heaven

We were attending my son's wedding on the beach. The house was large and spacious. We had 12 people and the house was large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. We had coffee on the porch every morning which made our day!! All of the rooms were large and inviting. Couldn't have ask for a better place to stay. Will definitely be returning.

Great house near beach!

Such a cute house with great amenities. The shed has everything you need to enjoy your stay! The hot tub was a big hit with the kids! Tom was wonderful and quick to answer any question we may have! We look forward to coming back next year!

Perfect Family Vacay

We had a total of 12 people, 4 being children, for our first family vacation in Navarre. This was also our first time renting a house for the whole family and there's no way we would ever go back to a condo. The size of the house was perfect for our group. Everything was clean. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes which was great since we made breakfast and lunch at the house. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony where you can see a bit of the ocean. The pool and hot tub were great since we did have a lot of on and off rain and some red flags during our stay. There were two beach accesses about a 5 minute walk which was easy enough. We would definitely recommend and would love to stay another time!

Navarre Beach Vacation

We had a great week at Navarre Beach. It was our third time as a family to vacation in Navarre. We love the food, beach and the many activities that can be found for the kids. The home was laid out wonderfully. It was clean and organized. The pool was a great for us all. The home needs some maintenance but didn’t hinder our stay. We would stay there again. Great memories! Gary
