The main floor features a Queen guest bedroom with a flat-screen TV, a full bathroom with a shower stall, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops—perfect for preparing meals. Step out onto the main floor deck to savor stunning Gulf views while enjoying the fresh sea breeze. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, a charcoal grill, beach essentials (chairs, umbrella, towels), and family-friendly conveniences like a high chair and pack-n-play. Parking for up to four vehicles is available in the private garage.

On the second floor, the Queen Master Suite is a true sanctuary with a private deck offering breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Gulf. The suite also features a cozy sitting area with a sofa and flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a custom double-sink vanity and shower stall. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed and flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom offers three twin beds, ideal for kids or additional guests. A shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is conveniently located in the hall.

This was a wonderful place to stay and we will be back. The only thing we didnt find was a dust pan and we bought a crock pot to cook in for the 9 of us. We gave it to our niece after the wedding for her daughter.

This property is beautiful! I could not have asked for a better stay or location. Four bedroom, three bathroom. Huge dining room table with 10 chairs. They have a high chair if you need it. There is a pack and play in the closet of one of the bedrooms, if you need it. There are beach accessories in the storage room underneath the house. The beach is practically private, with only other renters of townhomes next to you on the beach. I just cannot say enough. Absolutely stunning!

Perfect Getaway to relax

Family vacation

The house is exactly as it says beautiful with beautiful views of the gulf. Plenty of room for everyone. The breezway makes it so easy to get all your things to the beach. The beds are very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend it to our friends.

Sea Side Villa is awesome!

This place was amazing!! It perfectly accommodated our family of eight adults and one toddler. It was clean and bright and well maintained. The beds were comfortable with plenty linens. Also lots of nice towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen had more than enough dishes and pots and pans. On top of all of this is the view. The beautiful gulf is just out your back door.

Sea Side is definitely our new favorite! Spotless, well appointed, with easy and private beach access. Just amazing! We already have plans for coming back next year.

Beautiful place on a beautiful beach

Everything was great! Honestly it was better in person. The pictures are kindof dark. Everything is much brighter when you get there. Being right on the beach was amazing! We had all of our kids here for our wedding and we wouldn’t change a thing. I would warn older folks or people that struggle with stairs because there are a lot of them but it was nice to get the excercise. Chad will be a great help if you have any questions or need anything.

Top notch!

This property is exactly as listed. Very roomy for 6 adults, 4 children, and an infant. The master bedroom has a vented closet big enough to comfortably fit the pack and play for our 4 month old. The location could not be beat and the boardwalk to the beach is brand new and our wagon easily rode up and down it. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Property!

This was our first time staying in Navarre and although the weather wasn’t on our side the location and property were perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed, we had plenty of linens, and everything was clean any tidy. We really enjoyed being right on the beach and being able to watch the sunrise and sunset.

Spring Break 2023

Overall this place worked out well for our family. The boardwalk to the beach was recently redone and was very nice. Also, the outdoor shower with HOT water was a nice surprise! The kitchen has just about everything you might need (and we make most of our meals while we are there, so it is nice to have a fully stocked kitchen) The kitchen and living space is an all open area—so we could food prep without missing out on the family conversation. We love staying in Navarre and would have no problem staying at this home again.

Great location and home

This home worked out well for 7 of us with eating and cooking. Large island area and table allowed us all to eat together. Very comfortable outdoor furniture and sufficient chairs available to take to the beach, which was right outside. Bedrooms were all comfortable and well stocked with towels. Beach towels were also provided which was an unexpected bonus.

Great Place for groups

This property was comfortable for our group of 9 people. The large dining room table easily accommodated our family to gather for meals. The living room had comfortable couches and chairs. The views from the 2 balconies were beautiful. Great place!

Amazing views and plenty of room for family

Great communication with property manager. Awesome views from every room but kids room (twin beds). Well stocked, large kitchen. Enjoyed the variety of games. Plenty of comfortable chairs on decks to enjoy the magnificent view. Easy access to private beach. Only con is rental amentities list beach chairs & umbrellas provided. When we inquired about the no. of chairs, we were told to bring our own as chairs are just based off what other guests have left behind. So not really an amenity. Not a big deal if driving but if flying it might be. Did not have beach umbrellas, but did have about 5 chairs that were usable, but old, & had plenty of beach toys. We truly enjoyed this rental, and our stay on beautiful Navarre Beach. Would definitly rent from this properyt mgmt company again.

Wonderful

We had our entire family there for spring break. It was wonderful. Turtle conservation center was always busy so plan for that to be extra time. Otherwise we stayed at the house and really soaked in the views and the beach! There was no umbrella and there were only two beach chairs so if you want that, be sure to bring your own!
