Welcome to your own slice of paradise! Navarre beach is a quiet island located on the beautiful white sand beaches of the gulf of Florida. This 4 bedroom (including loft room), 2 bathroom 2300-square foot condo boasts three separate floors along with a loft on the third floor with a sleeper sofa that can be used as a fourth bedroom with floor to ceiling windows overlooking both the pool and private beach with a brand new boat dock. The master bedroom has a private balcony overlooking perfect sunsets over the water, as well as a 5 head granite walk-in shower and oversized whirl pool tub. The condo comes with access to the pool, tennis court, private beach, and private boat dock. Condo rental includes two kayaks, a paddle board, and beach toys. Walking paths out of the condo along the beach road take you to Juana's Pagoda Bar, Sailor's Grill restaurant, or the Beach House restaurant with fire pits on a balcony overlooking the gulf. The gorgeous Gulf Island National Seashore is just a few minutes down the road and one of the most breathtaking 7 miles you will ever see. This seaside escape is perfect for a family vacation, relaxing getaway or romantic trip to the beach. This unit is one of the prime units in the Buena Vida community with breathtaking views creating a quiet relaxing ambience...you don't want to miss this.

Condo was great. Heidi, the concierge was awesome, doing everything to make our stay perfect. This place had kayaks and paddle boards and a great pool. We overlooked the bay where Jaws was filmed - that was cool. Dolphins in the bay. ( no sharks)!!

Great spot on the Bay - easy access to ocean!

A girlfriend getaway is just what we needed! So enjoyed the space and the location. Great deck overlooking pool and bay. We ended up going to the State Park which is a few blocks away with great facilities - bathrooms and beach were fantastic. We had a great time hanging at the pool. Sunset was great. Our overall stay was very relaxing. Heidi was a big help and I really appreciate her meeting our WalMart delivery and having the groceries put up!! She made us feel very welcome and had wonderful suggestions. I highly suggest visiting the Sea Turtle Conservation Center and the Gulfarium! We truly look forward to visiting Navarre again.

Great Experience

Our group of five adult family members (and one tiny Yorkie) were very comfortable and found the townhome to be clean, roomy and beautifully decorated. Property manager Heidi went overboard to make sure we had everything we needed. The view of the sound was beautiful from the living room and upstairs den. Some of us went out on the private pier to watch the sunset (gorgeous) and we also watched from the third-floor balcony. The bed was SO comfy, and I loved the huge master bath. I would definitely recommend this location to friends.

Awesome place to stay!

Chris was great to work with and was quick to answer any questions I had. The property manager was by far the most personable and helpful I’ve ever encountered. She was quick to respond when I had a question about the beach. The property itself was everything advertised and more! Every well stocked with beach chairs, toys, and umbrella for our use. Very pleased and will certainly be back! ***the national sea shore was only 10min away and worth the drive to avoid the crowds of the public beach!***

Family Vacay

We booked this to celebrate our oldest grandson's 16th birthday. All he wanted was to experience the beach for the first time. We had a wonderful time. The house accommodated us well. Our hostess Heidi was amazing. Our grandson paddle boarded and kayaked for the very first time. He loved it. Our youngest granddaughter was with us and she had a blast as well. Not sure what they enjoyed the most, the beach or the pool. Needless to say we all enjoyed our family time together. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

"SLICE OF PARADISE" IS PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!

Our family had an Amazing stay at "Slice of Paradise!!" The location was perfect- it had the pool, beach front, fishing wharf all right in front of our 3 story condo! Heidi, the Property Manager, was FANTASTIC! She answered all of our questions and was so warm and friendly- really made us feel right at home! Chris and Bekah, the homeowners, have thought of every detail- from the comfy beds, plenty of linens and beach towels & beach toys; great a/c and paddle fans throughout the house...and the VIEWS! We enjoyed sitting on the balconies and watching the famous Navarre sunsets. It was close to many local restaurants and we enjoyed visiting the Turtle Conservancy and snorkeling the man made reefs. The main reason we booked the property was being dog friendly, but we got so much more!! Can't wait to return to "Slice of Paradise!"

Perfect relaxing beach get-away

I loved this quiet beach escape. My family and I found Navarre after looking for a less touristy location than Destin or Seaside along the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Florida. This 3 floor townhome immediately set us in the vacation mode with it's coastal décor. There was plenty of room for myself, husband and our kids. The location was perfect, overlooking the water and pool. My absolute favorite part was sitting on the master deck at night watching the sunset overlooking the water with a glass of wine. We could also watch our kids playing at the pool or private condominium beach from the deck. The kids loved the kayaks and paddle board and even attempted to fish off the dock. We saw neighbors catching crabs in their traps which was pretty cool. It was the perfect "outside" vacation going to the gulf side public beach in the afternoons which was a 2 minute walk across the street, returning to the pool after lunch and playing in our own private beach until the evening. We also enjoyed family tennis. The kids loved hanging out in the loft watching movies at night with the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the water. I highly recommend this rental unit, beautiful home well maintained in a perfect location. No need to ever leave the island for the duration of the stay!

Fantastic condo…great location and highly recommended!!

This condo was in a great location with a beautiful view!! It was extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The property manager was super friendly and helpful. If you had a problem then she handled it or if you needed anything then she got it for you. The condo provided the use of beach chairs, and a wagon for the walk to the beach, a kayak for the bay and fishing poles for fishing from the dock. We used it all and could not have asked for anything more. We also really loved that it was pet friendly so we were able to take our dog. This was our family’s first time visiting Navarre and we loved it…we will definitely be going back!

This property is PARADISE! The unit has beautiful decor and fun painting and art touches to make it a true beach property! Great place for kids

The property manager, Heidi, let us check in early without any notice. She was readily available and always checking in to see if we needed anything. The condo had everything needed for days at the beach or staying in and just using the beach on the bay or swimming in the pool. We had a great time and very impressed by the service and amenities. The only negative was dogs are not allowed at Navarre beach or the bay beach in the HOA. Our pup was happy in the cool condo though so it all worked out. We just didn’t research the dog friendliness for the beach before our visit. The house was great and plenty of room for four adults and 3 kids. We took an air mattress just in case but we didn’t end up needing it. This is definitely a great spot to stay if you don’t want to be on the ocean and have more things to do. We rented her skis one day and the dock is a perfect location if you want to bring a boat or borrow one! They also had a beach wagon, canopy, chairs and coolers. Heidi even asked what age kids we were bringing to stock up appropriate toys, life jackets, etc. the pool is nice and the complex is quiet after 9pm. Great experience on this trip! Would definitely recommend to everyone!

A wonderful get away!

We absolutely loved our time in Navarre! Heidi and Chris were fantastic and checked in on us to make sure everything was perfect. They were very helpful and always available if we needed anything. They thought of every detail. Great location with perfect bay views and just a short walk to beach access. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking tools.

This property had a beautiful view and was pretty comfortable for the most part! It was very neat to have paddle board and kayak provided to use. Unfortunately the construction that was discussed in prior reviews (that were said to be almost done) were still in full swing. On both sides of the condo there are renovations taking place. The hammering, drilling, and sawing loudly began at 7:30 each morning and continued until late afternoon. The pool is also down and looks like it will be that way for quite some time as they were jack hammering the whole exterior while we were there. I also was disappointed to be paying a premium to stay here and each soap dispenser be filled with 90% water, we restocked each sink with a fresh bottle of soap... we were shocked to see the condition of a pillow in the master bedroom- stains like that take some time to acquire and I can’t believe it went unnoticed. We enjoyed the view and this property has great potential, it just needs some attention to detail.

Beautiful condo

This was our second trip to Navarre this year and we absolutely love the area and really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was just like the photos showed, very clean, and a great layout. The bedrooms were perfect for a family of 5 and there was plenty of extras to enjoy our stay. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this rental :)

Wonderful!!

Wonderful place to stay! The townhome is easily accessible and convenient to the nearby restaurants. Beautiful decor with a beach theme that made it even better. We loved the decks that overlook the pool and sound. Can walk to the beach but if you take a lot of stuff, recommend driving to make it easier. Public beach access within a mile. Also, townhome is 3 stories, so steps can’t be an issue if you stay here. Highly Recommend Slice of Paradise!!
