Ready for a tropical getaway? Look no further… Come stay at this recently renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome on beautiful Navarre Beach “Sugar Dunes”. Enjoy the amazing view of the sound from your front balcony as well the breathtaking views from the back balcony.  This cozy townhome is just a few steps away from the Santa Rosa sound and one block away from the nearest beach access to the crystal clear emerald waters and sugar white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.  This townhome has an open floor plan offering a cozy living room with a flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances as well as a full size washer and dryer.  Sugar Dunes comfortably sleeps six guests. The master bedroom, with a private balcony, has a king bed with a flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunk set, also with a flat screen TV. Great room for the kids! Both bedrooms have a private bathroom, featuring a shower/tub combo. Sugar Dunes is just minutes away from great restaurants and shops while still being tucked away in a great location. The townhome offers a grill, beach chairs and beach toys for guests to enjoy!  Sugar Dunes has everything you need for your next beach trip to relax and unwind - A great getaway for the whole family! **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**

Awesome Trip and Location

We normally stay in the RV camps on the sound side. This was a totally different experience staying on the peninsula side. Definitely want to do this again. We could ride oir bikes to everything.

Great stay

Great location, clean place. The queen bed in the guest room was loud when someone moved ale I’d (just a kid tossing and turning), the bunk bed mattresses were hard according to my 17yo, and a little wobbly. Other than that it was a great place!

Beautiful and comfortable stay!

Short walk/ride to the beach! We hauled our side by side all the way from Texas and we were able to use the garage area to store our trailer. The house was beautiful and comfortable. We had children ages 1, 9,11 and 13. It was the perfect space for us! I never received a email/text about check in, however I sent a message on VRBO app and they responded promptly.

Plenty of parking.

Great location with a short walk to the beach. There were four adults and 2 small children in our group. The unit was clean and had plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. There are dishes and cookwear available if you are wanting to cook your meals. The fridge has an ice maker and was super clean. There is a two car garage with a grill and beach items. We arrived in three different verhicles, the drive way can hold four. You can see the bridge to the beach from the front balcony.

Great condo but don’t check in after hours

The condo itself was great! We love the location. We have been to Navarre for the past 30 years and this was one of our favorite condos. Having said that, our check in was horrible. We arrived at 5 pm. There was a heat warning with heat index over 100 degrees. The code we were sent did not work. We called the number on the vrbo listing to be told they didn’t manage the property. It took over 2 hours to get any help. It was an ordeal and we didn’t have a dry thread on us. The lady that finally helped was so sweet. She was apologetic but we were surprised that they didn’t offer any type of compensation for all of that. We would stay there again but make sure to arrive during office hours.

Great place!

This condo is right next to restaurants/bars and a short drive from Crab Island in Destin. The best part was how close it is to the beach. The place was cozy, clean, and easy to find. Highly recommend!!
