The property!

We enjoyed the property. Location was great. Spacious, there were six of us aging from adult down to nine years. We had some trouble with the TVs. The Internet and streaming didn’t work for the first three nights. Luckily, the grand children were busy doing other activities. They never missed it. Although my husband was not happy with the TV situation. We also had some sort of leak coming through the kitchen floor. I spoke to Tonya on this matter and she was going to get the complex manager maintenance to look at it. We improvised and put a large beach towel down to keep the floor dry. It didn’t interfere with our fun. Tonya and her husband were super nice. Tonya‘s husband came and fix the TVs due to not being able to get in touch with the Internet company. We would definitely consider going back to this location. It’s called life, things happen. We had a great time and love Navarre, Beach Florida.

Beautiful Beach Condo

This was the best rental my husband and I have ever had. The condo was absolutely gorgeous, stunning views from just about every room, So spacious and clean. We were amazed at how beautiful everything was when we walked into the condo! A plus was the Condo comes with complementary beach service 2 chairs and 1 umbrella during our stay. Check-in was very easy and communication with Tonya was terrific. We will be back. Thanks for everything Island Time Beach Rentals .

Major German roach infestation

Oh how I wish I could attach pictures, but words will have to suffice. We searched VRBO for many, many hours over the period of several weeks to find just the right place to take our 80 year old mom on a special trip with her children and some of her grandchildren for a Mother’s Day gift. We thought based on reviews and listing photos this was it! Within a few hours after arrival we spotted a German roach in the kitchen. We thought maybe we brought it in on the luggage cart, but we made sure all of our food was protected just in case. During the night we saw one in each bathroom and about ten in the kitchen! They were in the pantry, dishwasher, counter tops, and around the fridge. I messaged Tonya at 6:30AM, who said she’d never had a complaint before, but she’d call out a pest company. Six hours later, we had not heard anything about a pest company coming. We bought a can of Bengal roach spray and did our own crack and crevice treatment in the kitchen. Within a few minutes we had roaches crawling everywhere! We stepped on about thirty and lost count. We filled up a dustpan. The infestation was so bad, there is no way this just happened! At this point we told Tonya this was unacceptable and we needed them to find us a new place to stay. She said the owners would issue a refund, but that was the best they could do and we would have to make our own arrangements for a place to stay. Anyone who regularly vacations in FL knows how hard it is to find a place to stay for the weekend in May. They offered no help securing a reservation for our party of seven. As a business owner myself, I cannot fathom this sort of customer service—especially from someone who is in the hospitality industry! VRBO wouldn’t allow us to search for a reservation on the same day as our arrival, so our party of seven ended up in a hotel, paying more money per night than the condo for just two rooms. My mom tried her best to recover, but she never got over the disappointment or stress of that horrible day. The whole trip was effectively ruined. Tonya acted as though refunding our money was doing us a favor. Please, do yourself a favor and stay far away from Island Time Beach Rentals. PS. We learned their pest service is provided Brian’s Pest Control. It would be a good idea to stay away from them as well.

We had a wonderful time and the views were amazing! Property management was very responsive! Outside furniture could use some updating and no master bathtub, but overall a fantastic place to stay for vacation! We loved it!

I have stayed at Navarre Beach several times and this condo is amazing with amazing views! It’s 8th floor views are high enough to see everything for miles! I love the Summersalt it has the best views easy access in and out of the building and down to the beach . It is a very laid-back atmosphere very friendly workers , clean spacious . I love the beach Decor simple fresh not over done the views are spectacular it’s my all-time favorite condo at Navarre and I go about three times a year to Florida The condo has everything you need , it even has a crockpot has a Keurig has a regular coffee pot has all the utensils and pots and pans that you need. It lacked for nothing and the living room is very big and wide open with two couches with great views the master bedroom is perfectly comfortable and cozy

Wonderful family vacation

We stayed the last week of September in this beautiful property. Everything was as advertised. The views in the condo are amazing with the floor to ceiling windows. It was nice to have included chairs and umbrella in the pricing. Would love to stay here again! Very convenient and close to everything would need. Also, they have lots of supplies in the kitchen and being we had a little one we stayed in and utilized the kitchen a lot so this was very good to have. Often you don’t find a good kitchen supply stock in vacation rentals. One thing to take note of: the WiFi is very spotty. It was often going in and out. I had to work during the week so at times it did make it a bit challenging. Also, the cable and channels are quite confusing. But we got it figured out.

Beautiful condo

Best of Everything Oct 2019

This condo is lovely, all the attention paid to details was not over looked . The decor is bright and fresh, the layout of the condo makes you feel like you are literally on the ocean . I have stayed in Navarre many many times and this is the best condo by far! Cant wait to go back next year. Angie S
