OCCUPANCY: Regency 810 permits a maximum occupancy of up to 6 people. Sleeping accommodations include a King size bed in the Master Bedroom and two Queen size beds in the Guest Bedroom. At no time can occupancy exceed a maximum of 6 people including infants and small children.
AGE RESTRICTION: Reservations can only be secured by Guests that are at least 25 years of age.
DAMAGES: Guest Damage Insurance is not required. Guests are required to present a major credit card at the time of arrival along with legally issued photo identification. Guest damages are to be deemed as billable and charges for repairs or replacements may be applied to the credit card Guest presents at the time of Check-In.
AMENITIES: The use of community amenity features (Pool & Workout Room) requires all Guests to have wristband identification visibly displayed. Guest failure to visibly display community identification wristbands may result in Security removing and banning Guests from the facility. A maximum of 6 wristbands will be made available for this property.
PETS: Guests are NOT permitted to have pet animals present while in this community. Guest violations will result in the immediate termination of the Guest's rental use of the property and the Guest's forfeiture of all monies paid. Guest violations of the NO PET Policy may be subject to additional charges associated with Repairs, Replacements or Pet Remediation efforts, Fines, if any, issued by the Homeowner's Association will be deemed as billable charges and will be applied to the Guest's Credit Card. This community carefully monitors for the presence of all pets and animals.
SERVICE ANIMALS: Guests needing the assistance of a Service Animal must present this need in writing at least 10 days prior to Check-In. All requests for the need of a Service Animal must be presented to legal counsel representing the Homeowner's Association to ensure all legally required certifications and procedures are observed.

Guests can also make instant bookings for this property using the VRBO website. PLEASE NOTE: all instant online bookings are subject to host review and must be compliant with all Terms and Conditions outlined above.
Guests making an instant online booking will receive a copy of the Vacation Rental Lease Agreement via Docusign within 24 Hours of making an online instant booking. Guests must review, execute and return the Vacation Rental Lease Agreement within 48 Hours of being received in order to secure the property and avoid having the property leased to another Guest.
